Few Mins to Ballantyne-Pet Friendly-1 Level Home
Cozy, newly renovated, 3bed, 2 bath, single story home in Ballantyne. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with walking trails, a pond, and tennis courts.
Fully fenced in backyard, Pets are welcome! ($50 Fee applies per pet, per stay)
-3 minutes to Ballantyne
-5 minutes to Pineville
-20 minutes to Uptown Charlotte...Carolina Panthers Bank of America Stadium, Discovery Center (great for kids!) and Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Center
-15 minutes to Carowinds
-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs)
My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. I provide a guest guide book of Charlotte that provides a ton of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!
I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.

I had a great stay and really enjoyed my time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything I needed for my four-night stay was provided, and it was easy to settle in and feel at home.The location near Ballantyne was a huge plus. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and everything I needed, while still being in a quiet area. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would absolutely stay again.

There was cold air coming through the windows of the house. Perhaps they don’t close completely or thy are not sealed properly. When the heater is off, the house got cold very quickly. This was not ideal particularly with an infant. There was alot of pet hair on the carpet and couches. Otherwise, great house and location.

The home was just as advertised. Beautiful warm and inviting. Little extra touches like water in the frig, folded towels on the beds were nice. The owners were super responsive! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful property! Tons of natural light. Comfy sleeping spaces (mattresses were amazing). Close to shopping, activities and restaurants. Would definitely book again! The puzzle made my day! Awesome family activity, tons of laughs.

FANTASTIC rental property!!
Rob & Heather were very gracious hosts. The communication between us was very easy, quick, and responsive. The home is located in a very quiet community near the Ballantyne shopping area - very convenient. The hosts have spent a long time beautifully decorating the home with ample supplies. Simply a lovely place to stay, reasonably priced, with all the comforts of home. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home.
