The window did not fully close in room 323. It is the middle of winter! I had the heating pumping all night at 85 degrees. Very uncomfortable sleep. Also, mold in the bathroom. Also, no bar (shown in the pictures). Very misleading. Staff were nice, but I will not stay there again. Wouldn’t recommend.

At my check-in, the lady at the front desk Bre, was very friendly and patient as my credit card didn’t register immediately. I allowed another customer to handle their business and I again scanned my card and it was acknowledged. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very attentive. My only concern was the lack of a room safe. I didn’t notice any. The hotel is quite and close to the airport and a short ride to downtown Charlotte.

All in all, I had a comfortable stay at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport and the hotel itself was great in terms of location close to the airport and free shuttle service. However, the breakfast and staff experience were disappointing, and I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, it’s a good option, but be aware that the breakfast and service may not be as great as expected. The selection was limited, and the quality didn’t match the standards of the rest of the hotel. There were very few options, and the food wasn’t fresh. For an all-you-can-eat breakfast, I expected more variety and better quality, but it felt like a rushed afterthought.

My room was ready, CLEAN and comfortable. The staff was friendly, very helpful and patient with any concerns and questions I had. The a.m. free breakfast is actually real breakfast and it is delicious. I'd definitely recommend Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/ Billy Graham Parkway to anyone seeking a great comfortable hotel in Charlotte with an airport shuttle and a series of great eateries in walking distance, thanks again to the staff.

Room was as expected however staffs were rude and condescending. Shuttle took over 45 minutes to pick us up. While the staff did ask us what time we wanted the shuttle for for our return trip, no one bothers to mention that if we miss that specific ride then we would need to get an Uber because they would not be able to accommodate us via the next shuttle. I would avoid staying there again.

The young ladies on front desk staff during my stay were attentive and very helpful during my stay. My family was very grateful for the time and attention given to us during our stay this weekend for my daughter’s graduation. They helped us set us the speaker and television equipment. They provided us with anything we needed for our celebration in the meeting room. They also were helpful and attentive to my 86 year old mom who suffers with dementia.
