I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean, the staff was nice and extremely helpful. Only issue was the valet, it was a bit unorganized and took forever to get peoples cars.
Great hotel! Good location not far from Spectrum Arena. Rooms are clean with great views of the city. Valet parking makes it easy to access your vehicle. Staff is so nice and helpful. Gave great recommendations to eateries including Midnight Diner which is right across from Spectrum. The food was delicious! Highly recommended this hotel!
The hotel and staff was awesome!! The food, bar, staff and the location made the trip convenient. The young gentleman named Gabbriel I believe helped my sister and I tremendously. Will be back in the future!!
The hotel is located centrally around a lot of attractions. The roof top restaurant was very nice, check-in was smooth and the rooms are nice and clean.
The bathroom art had water stains on the glass, everything else was satisfactory. East access to downtown, valet parking of car which was not cheap but able to use car in & out. Comfortable beds, pillows and toiletries.
