This property is minutes away from the airport 12 minutes away from Uptown Charlotte, 20 minutes away from South Park mall and 17 minutes away from Bank of America Stadium.This is a great location for a family get away. Not for sensitive noses
The smell when you open the door hits like a wall. Overwhelming air fresheners to cover the lingering underside of urine. There were plug ins and sachets in every room so sleeping was difficult. There were holes in the walls, very few towels. There were toenails on the central bathroom rug. After being told in the rules that the neighborhood had a “quiet after 10” rule that if we were disruptive we would be removed by the authorities, we arrived to the neighbors having a loud party in their garage and driveway that went well past 10. All in all, we do not recommend.

Perfect for small family.
Makayla was a very good host. Place a had pretty much everything we needed. Very thorough check in and check out instructions. Did not have to contact her at for anything during our stay. Property is located 20 minutes from Carowinds and Southpark and close to airport. Very quiet neighborhood.

A clean, safe spot
A well maintained, clean property in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks to walk the dog and a garage to park the car overnight - which was great to charge the car. There were some challenges with the WiFi, and the downstairs tv either didn’t work or the WiFi wasn’t working at the time. But this was the perfect layover spot for one night traveling between DC and Atlanta - we’ll be back!
