Welcome to a complete, privately managed standalone townhome in Third Ward — one of Uptown Charlotte's most established and walkable neighborhoods. This entire property is exclusively yours for your stay. There are no shared spaces, no shared entrances, and no other guests on the premises.



This home is well suited for families, multi-generational groups, older travelers, and anyone who values ease of access alongside a prime Charlotte location.



The Space:

THE ROOFTOP



The private rooftop is the defining feature of this property. Your group has exclusive access to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill, a hot tub, lounge seating, and open Uptown Charlotte skyline views. It is a rare combination in the Charlotte short-term rental market, a private outdoor cooking and entertaining space above the city, available every day of your stay.



THE HOME



This is a full three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom standalone townhome with an open-concept main living level, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtfully designed spaces across every floor.



Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom. Private and restful.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a spa-inspired bathroom, deep soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3: Two full beds. Flexible for children, additional adults, or mixed groups.

Bathrooms: 3.5 total. No scheduling around each other.



The open-concept main level features large windows, a kitchen with a large island and bar seating, and a full stainless steel appliance suite. The dining and living areas flow together, designed for groups who want to gather comfortably without feeling crowded.



In-home washer and dryer, smart TVs throughout, free Wi-Fi, and garage parking are all included.



DOGS



Up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet contribution applies. All pets must be registered before arrival. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding.

Third Ward is a central Uptown Charlotte neighborhood with immediate access to Bank of America Stadium, Romare Bearden Park, Frazier Park, the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, and the Epicentre entertainment complex. South End dining, breweries, and light rail are minutes away. Carolinas Medical Center is 2.4 miles from the property, making this home well suited for medical travelers and healthcare families. The Johnson & Wales Citylynx transit stop is 0.4 miles away. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is 7.5 miles from the property.



Getting Around:

Third Ward is one of Charlotte's most walkable neighborhoods, many guests explore the immediate area on foot. The Johnson & Wales Citylynx stop is 0.4 miles away for car-free city access. Uber and Lyft are always available. Garage parking is included for guests who drive. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is 7.5 miles from the property.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.





Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures $200 may be collected.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation $300 may be collected and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $100/per pet may be collected

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets $120 per pet may be collected.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage cleaning charges of $250 plus the cost of any damages may be collected.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Free onsite parking available.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning charges may be collected.



Damages & Conduct

Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.

Internet is provided for general use.

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.



Cancelations:

Cancellations within the cancellation window may have a 3% payment processing fee.

The space is beautiful and functional, and exactly as pictured. It was perfect for my friends and I. The host was responsive to our questions and made check in and check out super easy.
