  • Location truly does matter. Stay in the heart of Uptown Charlotte in this centrally located condo nestled in historic Fourth Ward, one of the city’s most charming and walkable neighborhoods!

    From the third floor, enjoy peaceful mornings or evening wind-downs on the private balcony overlooking a quiet cul-de-sac with city views.
    Step outside and you’re immediately next to Fourth Ward Park and just a short walk to award-winning restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, entertainment, shopping, and major sporting and cultural events. My sister and I had an amazing time. The directions on where to park and how to enter were super clear. When you walk in, the space is warm, cozy, clean, and up-to-date. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked. And Netflix is ready to go on the TV!

Condo was beautiful and very clean. Ice maker wasn’t working but as soon we contacted the owner he had two bags of ice in the freezer by the time we got back. If you’re staying for attending an event at the Spectrum center it will take you about 20 or so minutes to get there, not the 12 mins it says. That is not a complaint but an fyi !

The Host was very responsive through the whole process of booking to check out. Our Host answered all our questions in a prompt and concise manner. The amenities were perfect for flying in and landing in the rental. The location for exploring Charlotte and walking to a local restaurant and grocery store for daily needs. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen well appointed, the lounging furniture comfortable.

Lovely accommodation in a vibrant neighborhood

We booked for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised at the selection of excellent restaurants, shops, botanical gardens, and hiking trails in the area. Charlotte is a very walkable city. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Very nice!

Great little condo in a nice neighborhood

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a concert. The condo itself was very clean and fresh. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.. The neighborhood was charming and walkable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Charlotte.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you could need. Amazing neighborhood restaurant a block away. About 5 to 10 min walk to center of Uptown Charlotte. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay in Charlotte.
