Short Concord Trip

The property was very clean and accurately listed. Check in was a breeze as well. There were a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Great Place to Stay in Concord!

I have stayed here a couple of times now and both were excellent! Clean, quiet place so close to so much! Host was a great communicator and check out pprocedures were 100% reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Great Spot!

The property was clean and easy to check in. Hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Decor was beautiful, TV and bed were perfect for the night. Location was prime, many restaurants and shops in walking distance!

Buyer Beware: The advertisement on Expedia and VRBO for the "Sunny Daze" condo rental specifically states the unit has "free WiFi and a Smart TV" available as part of the rental fee, which is being used as an inducement to rent the condo. However, there was no WiFi or TV service for 3 of the 4 nights I stayed there in March 2024. This was not because of a sudden, unexpected problem. The property manager/owner admitted in writing that they knew of the WiFi problem, that it had happened multiple times before, and that they meant to change it but didn't get around to it. Plus, they left town before I got there, knowing this could be an issue in the unit, but put no one else in charge and then expected me to service the router by sending multiple texts with different directions on how to reset the router, none of which worked until the last day. I certainly didn't expect I would have to be a service person while on vacation! Additionally, the owner admitted that the door code didn't work the night before I arrived, so her answer was to leave the unit open all day, with a key inside, allowing anyone and everyone to access it before I got there. I had to have a male relative meet me there to check the unit before I could stay there to make sure an intruder wasn't hiding inside. What a great way to start a vacation! If you want to rent in this location, you can choose quite a few other units. I suggest you look at those and save yourself headaches!

The apartment was perfect for our needs as we had an event at the Speedway which was minutes away. So convenient to restaurants and nice area to walk around. We would definitely stay again. Very clean and comfortable.

This was a cute studio apartment close to many shops and restaurants. The place was amazingly clean and had all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay!

Convenient, clean, and comfortable

This bright little apartment is perfect for a single professional or a couple. The host is very responsive. We found the bed to be firm but comfortable. The kitchen had everything a person would need for an extended stay, and the laundry area was a huge plus! The neighborhood is great, with shopping, groceries, and restaurants nearby.
