Tranquil Escape In Charlotte ~ Home On Greenway

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We enjoy hosting people and live in a quiet tranquil setting on the Greenway. We live on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful and safe neighborhood conveniently located with proximity to Downtown Charlotte, NODA, shopping malls & IKEA, UNC University, Wells Fargo, PNC Music Theater, and the light rail close to 77, 85 and 485. Spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. As you enter the home through the front door you can either go upstairs or though a hallway into the kitchen.
Kitchen-Newly remodeled with plenty of cabinet space. Granite countertops with island and dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Pots/pans/ utensils/ dinnerware/ glasses coffee maker and Keurig/ stainless steel appliances (New refrigerator, stove and dishwasher). Kitchen has a walk in pantry with plenty of space to store your food.
There is sliding glass doors in the kitchen that leads out to our oversized deck with a patio set that sits 6 and grill.

Laundry Room- You will have access to a washing machine and dryer

Kitchen is open into the family room.
Family Room- Sectional couch with fireplace and TV mounted to the wall. Windows that bring in plenty of natural light and has a beautiful view of our wooded yard.

Dining Room- Connected to Kitchen
Has a Dining room table that fits 8

Formal Living Room- Sectional couch that opens into a full size bed. The formal living room has a desk for those how are working remotely. Wifi works well and is perfect for those who work from home.

Downstairs 1/2 Bathroom-
We just redid the bathroom. Custom made cabinet with granite and new toilet bowl.

Upstairs Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom (Bedroom number 1)

Enter the Master Bedroom through French doors. The Master Bedroom has a kind size bed and sitting area with a couch and TV.
Master Bathroom- Jet Tub and separate shower with private room for toilet and double sinks.
Walk In Closet- Most of the closest has been emptied out (we have one side that has our clothes still in the closet) You will have plenty of closet space to hang your clothes and store your belongings during your stay.

Bedroom #2-
This bedroom has 2 loft twin beds with desk and drawers for our guest. The drawers and closet are empty to provide plenty of room to store your belongings during your stay.

Bedroom #3-
This bedroom has 2 twin beds that could be combined to make a king size bed. The drawers and closet are empty to provide plenty of room to store your belongings during your stay.

Bedroom #4-
This bedroom has a queen size bed with dressers and a stand alone closet. The drawers and closet are empty to provide plenty of room to store your belongings during your stay. There is also a large closet that the guest can use to store larger belonging or luggage during their stay.

Upstairs Bathroom-
Closest to room number 1 &2
Sink with toilet and combination tub and shower.

Yard-
Our yard is perfect oasis for your stay. We have a firepit with a pavers and Adirondack chairs and plenty of wood to enjoy during your stay. There is a custom made playhouse with a rock wall, swings and slides for endless hours of play for the children. There is also a climbing dome for the children to enjoy.
Our yard has a trail that leads right onto the greenway. The greenway has miles of paved trails with a creek. Perfect for walking and riding your bikes. We have a bike shed right on our path and a woman's bike and Childs bike that you are welcome to use during your stay.

Parking-Guest have access to park their vehicles in our oversized driveway. Plenty of room for multiple vehicles. Guest space is private and have access to entire middle and upstairs home, driveway and yard. Guest do NOT HAVE ACCESS to the following parts of our home:
Guest do not have access to our garage (we are storing our private belongings in our garage)
Guest do not have access to the basement- the basement is a separate apartment that also has guest. This apartment is private with separate entrance.
Guest do not have access to the screened in porch-The screened in porch is for the other apartment in our home.
This is our personal residence that we rent out. We ask that you respect our home and take care of it for us. We have emptied out most of our personal belonging to provide our guest with plenty of space to store your personal belonging during your stay.
