不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
I give it a 1 star rating. It’s promoted as a hotel but to me it’s an Airbnb hotel. Limited hours for staffing, meaning the staff is not there to accommodate the guests 24 hours.
I received a call by staff one hour and 22 minutes before I arrived to be told that the room I requested was not available in unworkable condition, that I could be accommodated with a smaller room. I had booked the room for 3 people and one bed bedroom was unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a call back and to no avail I did not receive a call back before I arrived.
I arrived and was given a 2 bed guest room as promised with no verbal issues about the room not being in working order. Of course the room had issues. For one the floors were wood floors that had not been mopped because my wore white socks and it left the bottom of his socks black. Secondly, there was no A/C in the room it was blowing nothing but hot air. I notified the front desk and was promised that it would be fixed. We left for the whole day and upon return still no A/C. We had to open the windows and throughout the night it had cooled the room down.
Again complained no action. Stayed one more night and left. I will not be staying here again.
