Kent at Ivy Cottages is the last cottage in from the entrance to the grounds and our coziest little cottage adorned with charming antique furniture.

Kent is a delightful little haven at the end of the row of cottages. Painted in a rosie pink and decorated with touches of warm wood and black ironware, the cottage envelopes you in a soft glow both homey and charming. Offering a quaint kitchen, queen bed, and large back deck with our best view of the neighboring farm, Kent is a petite space with a big impact and serves as a true getaway providing privacy and character.

Bedroom:
- Queen bed
- SmartTV with streaming
- Vanity with sink in bedroom
- Walk-in shower, opening to the bedroom

One dog is allowed with for an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Please note that Ivy Cottages is thoughtfully expanding to include additional accommodations and event spaces, with completion anticipated in 2027. While this exciting work is underway, construction is taking place on the main house and select common areas. The cottages currently available for rent are fully completed and offer private, comfortable, and updated spaces for your stay. During daytime hours, you may notice some construction activity on the property, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance this special setting for future guests.
