This spacious and bright 75m² duplex is ideal for six people. The apartment is located on Cours du Maréchal Juin on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a toilet, and a living room with a lounge area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen.
Upstairs, you will find:
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a flat-screen TV
- a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm)
- a third bedroom with two single beds (90cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
You will enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and the islands (Oléron, Aix, and Ré), perfect for admiring magnificent sunsets.
Private outdoor parking space within the building.
The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).
The proportional tourist tax is extra.
Cleaning is optional: €90.
Linen is optional: €100.
Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.
