“Absolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!”

“No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!”

“Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.”

“Staff were very kind, they always brought things to munch on and offered to bring more clean amenities. Overall amazing experience and will come again! Highly recommend.”

“Hôtel bien placé dans le centre de Brides-les-Bains, à proximité des Thermes. La chambre est correcte, propre et fonctionnelle. Le personnel se montre disponible et attentif.”

“We were unexpectedly delayed en route and could find no way to check in after the early close so had to drive all the way to our final destination and beg the other hotel to let us stay at great expense. No idea why the hotel did not contact us and arrange to leave the room open. ”

“We loved the decor and vibe of this place - tasteful styling, good sized bedroom and wonderfully modern en-suite bathroom. The central lounge, kitchen and diner spaces were great, we even loved the chilled music playing to give some ambience and vibe. The self serve coffee station was very welcome after a long trip, and having space in a fridge was so useful for our food. The private parking was very useful for us. The room was very well insulated from the road outside, and we loved the views to……
