"The weekend was for a birthday celebration and the hotel didn’t disappoint. The staff, food, and location were amazing! Looking forward to my next visit. "

"Amazing decor! They could service the menu at the restaurant. The steak frite said gluten-free but they put flour on the French fries. Still wanted me to pay the 20% gratuity. Other than that the hotel was spectacular."

"Room was clean, the staff were great! The area is good and not far from places to eat and drink. Shopping is also close although I wasn’t there to shop. Parking is plentiful. Pool looks good but I only walked past it and didn't use it. Hotel has an older world feel, but is nice. Air conditioner was a little loud but I guess that’s normal. "

"The shuttle service was excellent and punctual. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was that it was a bit far from dining options. However, the pool and hot tub provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of walking at Universal."
