Hotel is ok.The restauranter in the lobby has good food and staff is excellent. What did not like was in the morning when I open the door to load my car a shady man was walking around the car within 10' of me. Not good. They need to police the lot better.

We accidentally left our pillow in the hotel and we called and let them know that we forgot it and wanted to know if we could pick it back up and they said they there wasn’t one in there. It means the maid had to take it which means somebody stealing and if anybody stays there they better not leave anything in the room that might be valuable that valuable one that we I always used I called. They said that the manager called me back. I’m still waiting on a call and still haven’t gotten one so if you stay there, just make sure you don’t leave anything valuable in your room cause the maid that we did our room took something that wasn’t valuable, but it wasn’t hers.

The price was right but the details. ....to turn on the water in the shower was tricky to turn on as the knob was loose and if you are very modest you're out of luck because the bathroom doorknob wouldnt turn so the door wouldnt stay closed. Baseboards were funky.

SIMPLY DISGUSTING……I am not a picky man, and understand you get what you pay for, but this is simply inexcusable and pure slumlord abuse of the unexpecting tourist. Rooms were beyond deplorable and the epitome of pure filth, with the beds being $100.00 specials that put springs into your back and smelled of mildew and body odor. Blood stains on the bedding and next to the toilet paper holder, dirt and hair on the sheets, layers of dust and filth on everything, even the alarm clock looked like it was dropped off a balcony. The room HONESTLY smelled like spoiled milk, and that was the third room we looked at. Three cockroaches came out of the heater when we turned it on, and a huge spider was under the sink! Black mold spots all over the bathroom ceiling and near the heater, dust and dirt inside the coffee pot, and spider webs behind the nightstand…….HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN? The outdoor stairs were carpeted and smelled like vomit and urine, as homeless people and meth heads wandered in and out. Half the cars in the lot were local and full of broken windows, missing headlights, etc, giving the impression this place was known for illegal activities. It was too late to get our money back as we paid online, but we chose to drive another hour at 11 at night and got out of there as fast as we could. You can think this is an exaggeration but I promise you it was worse than I described it…….simply the worst I have ever seen and the only reason we were there was a quick 8 hour layover on

Disappointed
Checking in was a breeze. Although when I walked in the room and turned the light on, it didn't work. That should have been my first sign. The ac/heating unit was on fan and the panel cover was laying on top of the unit. I noticed there was a burn mark on the toilet seat, which was beyond me. Also, the toilet ran all night long. The outdated carpet was very dirty in some spots and the fridge did not keep my drinks cold at all. I booked this room for the Jacuzzi and yes it worked great but getting in and out of it was very hard and to reach to plug the tub you have to get in as it is on the opposite side. It took forever to fill making it hard to enjoy fully as I had hoped to. The bed was okay but the pillows were very firm and uncomfortable in my opinion. When I went to checkout I was accused of smoking in the room and was refused my deposit back. Was told it would come out of the housekeepers check if I was returned my deposit. Very unprofessional and rude staff at checkout.

New updates but poorly managed w/o reliable clean
It was my 2nd time staying there at the 3 full beds room. It should be called MOTEL not hotel, but since it is affiliated with Best Western...i guess it can...The decor seems to be nicely updated however the poor cleaning stands out when you walk in: hair on the bedding that luckily seems to be washed, smudges on the walls all over the bathroom and bedroom that magic eraser could easily fix. If you turn on the vent in the bathroom you have the smells of Marijuana coming right in through the vent ...from adjacent area...i am assuming Also - for the room that sleeps 6 people you have only three bath towels... Carpets are still dirty after vacuming when you walk in with many spots on the carpet requiring shampooing them. Easy check in - even late at night is a big plus

No coffee pot in room, no remote, no trash cans, no iron and the shower shocked me, literally! The attendant handed me a remote when i complained and searched up a coffee pot. Didnt offer to change rooms, I did ask. The morning attendant when told of all the problems did make sure to get half my money back. We will not use this hotel again

People playing music late at night in the parking lot, large groups of people who appeared to have originated in a foreign country to the south of us blocking access to the check in area where they chose to congregate loudly, then doing the same thing right outside our room. Room had been poorly cleaned.
