LOCATION! Private parking at the HEART OF DOWNTOWN! Self-check-in with the entry code. The NOOGA ABNB is a 2022 new modern townhome half the block off Main Street in Chattanooga's popular Southside neighborhood. The condo is within walking distance of Chattanooga's best restaurants, nightlife, Choo Choo, & venues. There is a mix of old historical and new modern buildings, numerous restaurants, and coffee shops for any taste or preference. The patio is my favorite place to observe the ancient and modern parts of the city. A fully furnished townhome has comfort and the luxury of 100% Mulberry-filled silk pillows and comforters, exceptional cleanliness, and the privacy of your place. The downtown area could have some outside noise. Bedrooms have total blackout and noise cancellation curtains and a white noise machine for comfortable rest. All sheets on the bed are 100% cotton. The comforters are inside the duvets. All beddings get washed on a sanitized cycle to ensure that all bed surfaces are clean and washed before your arrival. At my condo, you could relax and be worry-free that someone else set on the top of your bed before. It is only you. The property is perfect for singles, families, couples, & business travelers.

Mother’s Day Getaway

This was the perfect place for a weekend away with my mother. Location is great and within walking distance to numerous things. The home itself was wonderful, clean organized and the rooftop sitting area is fantastic. Great rental!

Great location

This place is in an excellent location and includes a free parking spot. Host was quick with responses and a pleasure to deal with. Condo is narrow but has 3 floors with a nice outdoor space on the top.

Perfect stay

Exactly as advertised and expressed in the reviews posted on VRBO. The place was just perfect. Great for one or two couples. Steps away from several restaurants and a leisurely stroll to the Choo Choo activity center. Highly recommended.

The condo was excellent! Highly recommend for anyone visiting to stay here! It was clean, comfortable, accommodating, and within walking distance to various restaurants! We will definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga! The host was also excellent!

Walkable area in historic southside district

Nice condo in historic southside Chattanooga. Walkable to lots of bars, cafes, restaurants in the area. Condo itself really nice with rooftop patio. Lots of amenities provided by host. Will pick this spot again next visit to Chattanooga.

Excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The property is exceptionally clean and very accommodating. Our host was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The location is perfect with many restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we were very pleased and would highly recommend this rental.

Just what I was looking for.

This was a lovely little place in historic Chatanooga. Very clean and stocked. Communication with host was excellent. The bed was super comfy!! The Christmas Tree was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

Our second stay at this property was as great as our first stay!

We have stayed in this unit twice for an event near the Chattanooga Choo Choo. We chose this location for its walkability to the venue and its abundance of nearby restaurants. This unit is safe, clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Property manager was communicative and check-in process was easy. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

The place was very comfortable and well thought out for travelers. The location was close to lots of restaurants. A little loud at night due to the close proximity to the night life but sound machines were provided along with sound deadening curtains. The 3 stories might be a bit much for older travelers. Excellent response and correspondence with our host. I highly recommend this property and will book it again for our next trip.

Great place with everything you need

The property was amazing and had everything we needed. It was in a nice area that is clearly being redeveloped and we could walk to numerous great restaurants. It can get loud on weekend evenings but hard not to expect that in a downtown area. Provided white noise machines took care of it. All in all, it was a great place and we very much enjoyed our stay and would book it again for sure!

Perfect location!

We spent 3 nights in Chattanooga and the location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, very close to the aquarium, zoo, and other downtown attractions. Also very short drive to Rock City and Ruby Falls. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our hostess was….Irina was so easy to communicate with, check in was super easy, so many extras that she has thought of that go above and beyond. The unit was immaculately clean and the mattresses were soooooo very comfortable. If you’re considering a trip to Chattanooga, book this unit. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Prime Location

We were participating in the Half Ironman event in Chattanooga and needed a place and came across this gem. We were alittle skeptical about the loud music but no issues with the loud music we were able to fall asleep and not be disturbed! The white noise machines were clutch (provided by the owner). I would stay here in a heart beat and maybe even next year for this event!!!! Everything was clean and the communication was amazing with the owner! You can not go wrong booking this place!

Comfy and Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were within walking distance of so many resturants, we had plenty of choices for meals. We spent our mornings and early afternoons exploring and then came back to the apartment for some of the best naps before venturing back out at dinner. The beds were super comfortable. We all loved the extra fuzzy blankets provided. The upstairs patio was the perfect spot to sit and drink a beer or coffee while listening to the live music down the street or just looking over the city and mountains in the distance. Our host truly thought over everything and had the most amazing extra touches. The communication was fantastic. We would highly recommend this place and hope to enjoy it ourselves again in the future.

Best friends get away

Got together with a childhood friend (we're in our 50s now) for a weekend getaway. The townhome was clean and modern and had a lovely rooftop deck. Property is located in the heart of Chattanooga's historic and happening southside district. So much to do and Chattanooga was alive with activity. From the incredible Chattanooga Market at the First Horizon Pavillion to the fun and hustle and bustle of the area around the Aquarium and North Shore, we had a blast. Capped off the night with pina coladas on the rooftop back at the townhouse. Highly recommend this location for an adult get away with friends.

Fantastic Stay in Southside Chattanooga

The property was just as presented. Irina was a fabulous host. I had asked for local recommendations for restaurants, activities, and church. She quickly responded with great suggestions. The property was clean and comfortable. I could easily find everything I needed in the condo. Irina dropped by cookies from a local shop. What a treat! The neighborhood is extremely walkable, and I greatly enjoyed by stay at Nooga ABNB.

Excellent condo

We stayed for a weekend for our anniversary. This is the most well stocked VRBO I have been to. Toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent etc. It’s an excellent location. We walked to the Frothy Monkey, Stir, the Taproom, the Taqueria, the Escape room (which was our favorite part), as well as State of Confusion (which was our favorite restaurant). It’s nice to have private parking. The only downside was the parking lot behind the condo. There were probably 40 to fifty people that met up and partied in the parking lot until about 5 am blaring the bass in their vehicles. They were drinking and peeing in the parking lot and throwing trash everywhere. We couldn’t sleep so we sat on the rooftop balcony and watched the ridiculousness of it all.
