Perfect for girls' trip
This property was perfect for a long weekend girls' trip. The house was clean, well maintained nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and we loved that we could easily walk to local restaurants. The property owners were responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

A Private Stay Not Far Away
The property is situated in a mixed commercial, residential, and industrial area. The house is nestled adjacent to a yard for a factory, to the rear of a business, and with other residences. The street is quiet and did not have much traffic. There is plenty of parking for two vehicles on the adjacent pads. Inside of the home was neat and well-kept. All of the amenities you could need were included. There was a spacious kitchen and living area, a primary bedroom with onsuite bathroom, and two guest rooms with another full bath. The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. There was a short walk to a brewery, several restaurants, a coffee shop, and a grocery store was not far away. The house was located far enough outside of Chattanooga to avoid major congestions and traffic, but close enough that you could go into downtown and enjoy all the city had to offer. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Chattanooga without the hassle of booking a hotel downtown.

Weekend getaway
We had a great stay in Chattanooga! The house was perfect for our group of 4. Close to all the tourist attractions. Several cute restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. We especially loved the cat cafe nearby! The house was perfect - very clean, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen. The only thing I would make a note of is that the listing said there were 4 bathrooms - but in actuality, there were only 2. Not a big deal, but was a bit of a surprise. The house is adorable!

Great house/location
Perfect 3 bedroom/2 bath house in great location. The beds were comfortable and the living space inviting. Just fyi...it is located directly next to a commercial plant but that in no way affected our stay there. Walking distance to the incline, coffee shop, brewery and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We felt very comfortable there. The host was nice and responsive and check in and out process was easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Hidden gem!
If you're looking for a great place to stay while visiting Chattanooga this is it. Super clean and very comfortable. It's within minutes of everything. St. Elmo area is also a great little area that is going through a huge revitalization so lots to see and do just a couple blocks from the house. Would stay again for sure.

Home away from home

St Elmos wedding getaway
Very clean house for our stay, close to shops, quiet location. Taken one star off due to the noise from the chemical factory, which is close to the house, in the early hours of the morning. The house served our purpose of attending a wedding.

Perfect Place in Chattanooga
This is a perfect location to stay in Chattanooga. Walking distance to the Incline and restaurants. Quick drive down Broad St. to downtown. Tucked away in an industrial area, makes it super quiet at night. Plenty of room for everyone. Plan on staying here every time we come to visit friends.

Immaculately comfortable
I don’t think we have ever stayed somewhere so inspiring and comfortable. Everything was absolutely perfect for our short stay and I would revisit Chattanooga just to stay here again. It was the kind of place that made us want to redecorate our home. Every detail was incredible, the beds were heavenly, the kitchen was exquisite, the living spaces were so charming. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location!
Location was central to all the must-see/must- dos in Chattanooga. The Cat Cafe is within walking distance and was a wonderful! The loading dock across the street ran from 5am-8pm so there was quite a bit of noise. We just put on our white noise app and ear plugs and it was fine. House was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again!

Graduation weekend
We needed a convenient place to stay for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was comfortable and accommodating for everyone. The front porch was pleasant. However the location isn’t the greatest. The neighborhood is close to amenities but not particularly good for an evening stroll. Also the industrial area next door was loud at times.

Memorable Chattanooga Vacation
My wife and I planned a vacation in the Chattanooga area that included our son, daughter inlaw and two granddaughters. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of this vacation home. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the wrap around porch with the swing, The house was centrally located to all the activities which we had planned and within walking distance of some great restaurants. We will definitly make this our first choice when planning our next Chattanooga vacation.

Great place to stay
We didn’t cook but home had very nice supplies. Some extra things that most places don’t supply. Home was big and comfortable and very clean. Parking was kind of awkward because we had a big SUV. Also this is only a two bathroom home not four bathrooms as listed. Nice location. Ate at 1885 and Tap House restaurant. Both delicious and only couple blocks away. Also the grandkids had ice cream every night at klumpies. Klumpies and incline ride only couple block walk. Everyone super nice and would definitely stay again. Also a great front porch. We sat out every night.

Cute Cottage in great area
Very cute and updated cottage. Walkable to several restaurants and host provided other great suggestions. One of the smoke detectors was beeping when we arrived and they quickly sent someone to replace the batteries in all of them to make sure none started beeping during our stay. So quick to reply! Handyman was very kind as well. Kitchen well stocked, nice that hairdryer was provided, and sound machines in each room. We will definitely love to return. Thank you!

Parent getaway
This was my husband and I’s first parent getaway since having our daughter and we had a blast!! The house was just as described, clean and had everything you would need. We travel quite a bit, and a lot of rental properties don’t have what this property had. Cooking utensils, paper towels, feminine products and dish soap. I love that touch so we don’t have to worry about it. They have a binder with info on restaurants and things to do. The home is close to everything! Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown and lookout mountain. We walked to 1885 grill and it was yummy! Overall a great trip and will recommend to any one who goes to Chattanooga!

This home has a super location......walkable to restaurants, coffee, and ice cream......just blocks from the Incline Railway. While the home was clean and adequately equipped, we were surprised to find that there were no extra towels provided (only one per person) and that we were expected to take the overflowing trash bin (from the previous renters) to the street. Other than that, we found that this property met all our needs.

Great Experience
We enjoyed this property very much. It felt like home away from home. Very clean, with an updated and fresh vibe. The location was perfect for all that we wanted to do. We felt very safe. It was nice to be able to cook (they have a well equipped Kitchen with seasonings etc..) and wash clothes while we were there with (Complimentary laundry detergent was a nice touch). The manager was very nice and easy to communicate with through text. We definitely will be back in the future.

My sister, three aunts and I stayed at this house for a weekend getaway in Chattanooga. It was in a great location, the St. Elmo neighborhood, near lots of restaurants and shops and only a hundred yards (or less) from the Incline Railroad. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Heart of St. Elmo was perfect for us! It was spotless, very nicely furnished, and in a perfect location for first time visitors to Chattanooga. The Incline was just a couple minutes walk away, while Ruby Falls and Rock City were about a 10 minute, super easy drive. Highly recommend!
