We have been staying at VRBOs for over 20 years and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed. All the little extras made a HUGE difference. The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted / needed. We even tried the little burger joint the owners recommended and we would go there again. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chattanooga.

Wonderful home and location

Best stay ever!

We absolutely loved the property! The home is very well maintained, equipped and beautiful! We did get out to see Chattanooga but we stayed in as well. We grilled supper, cooked breakfast and never needed anything else. They even provided snacks and coffee! We will be staying here again!

Family get away

This was a perfect home for our family. The home is beautifully decorated and all the little touches were thought of to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, it was central to everything and had restaurants within walking distance to the house. We give our stay a 10 our of 10!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a small issue with the driveway security gate, but the owners were easy to reach and he,OWD us work out the issue quickly. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Beautiful obviously newly renovated home. The beds were very comfortable and it was very spacious for seven adults. We only got to spend one night, but I’ll agreed when we come back through Chattanooga and we will definitely stay here again for a longer time. The home was beautiful and the gate and private driveway made us feel very safe

Family friendly and elegant

We had a wonderful time here. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. The security feels adequate and the backyard is cozy. The kitchen is very organized and the game room is the cherry on top! We are thankful for the crib and high chair available as well!

Excellent property and overall experience. Owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. HVAC was out on first level and they made sure there were space heaters keeping the home warm! They checked in throughout our stay and made us feel welcome. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for a week with family friends, 8 people total, 4 of those kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was so fresh, clean and everything was ready for us when we got there. Great house!

Everything was perfect. Lots of amenities and extras. (Snacks, coffee, extra towels, well stocked kitchen, TVs everywhere) Lots of attention to detail. Very clean. Good layout. Great family wedding base

My niece was getting married and we needed a place for some family to stay and all the family to gather. This was the place! Clean, up to date, spacious. Open floor plan on the first floor meant plenty of space for everyone to visit. Game room upstairs was a major hit. Location was very close to downtown and the wedding venue. Perfect!

Clean and convenient

This property was very refreshing. Everything was clean and well kept. Plenty of thoughtful and useful extras that are available to use at the house; a high chair, pack n play, well-stocked and organized kitchen. We enjoyed the game room as well. Aesthetically, the decor in this house is very tasteful and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent for several attractions such as the aquarium, rock city, etc. I would highly recommended this property!

Absolutely amazing experience all around!

This property is absolutely beautiful and comes with everything you could need. They even had dog bowls there for our furry friends. The hosts went above and beyond for us. We even had an unfortunate incident where the motor blew in one of the ac units causing the coils to freeze over. They sent someone out to look at it less than two hours after contacting them and it was fixed shortly after. On top of the excellent response and attention to the matter they offered to pay for our dinner that night. If you are looking to visit Chattanooga look no further this is the place to stay!!

Family Friendly Home

3 generations were able to come together for some family time. This home was perfect for our needs. Location was near the Aquarium and within walking distance of the best pizza in Chattanooga, coffee shops, shopping and the art district. Took our "grands" to "Chalk alley" in the art district, where they were encouraged to draw on the walls! The home allowed us to cook. Took advantage of the washer and dryer when the kids got their jackets soiled. All of the family enjoyed the game room and board games available. Provided the get-away and time to relax that we needed. While there were 5 televisions in the house, we didn't use them. We had quality time with our family and was to make memories spending time together. We would do it again!

Great location, updated house, well stocked.

Had a great stay. We were 2 families, total of 4 adults and 4 children ages 4-8. Only thing to point out is the game room with 2 twins is only accessible by going through the 3rd bedroom - this only became an issue for us due to having sleeping kids. Also the only bathroom upstairs is a Jack and Jill between bedroom 2 & 3. These things were fine but wish I had realized before arrival / may have impacted our choice. It wasn’t fair for one set of adults to have that upstairs bedroom and the other to have the very spacious and well appointed primary bedroom downstairs. Again not a big deal just didn’t realize before booking. Parking was super easy behind the house. Kitchen is well stocked. Great host communication.

Great location to explore Chattanooga.

Overall, the property is exactly as described, and the rooms are very spacious and inviting. India and Desmond are wonderful hosts and have gone out of their way to ensure the house feels like a home. The house is fully stocked with all the kitchen items you could ask for (right down to seasonings and a coffee station), plenty of pillows and towels, and even has full size shamoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathrooms. For the important things that usually aren't mentioned in the listing: The internet was very fast, and we had no issues during out stay despite us using 5 phones, 3 laptops, and streaming on 2 tvs throughout the week. Also, the water pressure is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised that we could take showers and run the dishwasher simultaneously without affecting the pressure or availability of hot water. This is one of the best rental properties we have ever encountered because it feels like India and Desmond are managing the property efficiently and truly care if you have a great stay. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a hand-written note and snacks to welcome our family. The vibe that we got from the property is that this is a true rental property and not just somebody's house that is stripped of all personality and amenities. They even provide a few hygiene items in case you left something at home. We will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area for future visits!!
