Great vacation cabins
This was a great find and place to stay. Convenient to all the tourists attractions in the area. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. The cabins had everything that you could possibly need. Plus, we loved the hot tub.

Kai cabin short stay
We stayed here for just 2 nights. It was a nice little get away. The inside of the bathroom was our one complaint because the flooring could cause serious damage to someone’s foot. For the price paid I expected the bathroom to be more upgraded. The rest of the cabin was great. Nice hot tub, kitchen with at least coffee amenities. (I would’ve added tea to their list of amenities) the upstairs loft is short and good for kids. We came with our one adult friend who is 5’1 so she managed. Our first night was great in temperature but our second night we had a rough sleep because it was quite hot inside for some reason. Overall we enjoyed our stay because it was clean but our experience should’ve been a bit smoother. This is in comparison to us traveling and staying in other accommodations. Still gave it a 5 star review but there were definitely a few hiccups for those reading. The train was not an issue at all for this cabin. :)

Timberroot 2023
We stayed last year and absolutely loved the location, so book again this year with this cabin. Cabin was great, had everything you would need. The only thing was the bathroom floor needs a little repair. Tile coming up near door. Other than that, everything was great.

Quick Family Getaway
I would recommend this cabin and booking service to anyone looking for a great experience for relaxation. It was perfect for my family. We took a visit to Lake Winnie and it was not too far from the cabin. The communication and the cleanliness of the cabin was superb. We will be booking again for future visits.

Chattanooga's perfect stay
The whole campground was well taken care of. Located on the side of the mountain amongst the trees but so close to all attractions on our must see list. We loved being able to bring our dog on her 1st family vacation. She loved the cabin and all of the squirrels around the property. The cabin (Kai) was perfect. Hottub was nice and even came with a how to video. Kitchen had all types of cooking utensils. Soap and body care was provided. Extra towels. Check-in and out was super easy. Daily trash pickup was nice. My only complaint (very minor) was the enterance to our parking spot was a little rough. Maybe need some dirt or rocks to fill the holes. We absolutely loved staying here. I will definitely be recommending the campgroud to any family/friends visiting the area.

Charming neighborhood!
We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The cabin was adorable and I appreciated that everything we needed was there. It was a close driving distance to town but felt rustic. The kids enjoyed playing in the park.

We stayed here as a halfway point to florida! We loved it but only had a few short hours there due to an accident on the way there that shut down the highway- so it was an expensive stay for 6 hours! But everything was as listed

The cabin was nice and cozy.
Everything was perfect. Property was beautiful, and very clean. Hot tub was clean and well kept, plenty of towels provided for both hot tub and showers. Loved they provided QR codes for the use of the heater system. Just wish the video provided was a bit closer up to tell what the symbols for the heat and air actually were, looked them up on the Mitsubishi Electronics website for help on that. Was a bit unaware of the sharp turn off the highway into the grounds, but got used to it after the first couple of times. The train was a bit close, but could not hear it inside the cabin, so did not interfere with sleep. Was wishing had stayed there longer!

Cabin is just out of town making it a quick trip to grab dinner and to the aquarium. Also super close to ruby falls and the incline. It is also close to the RR tracks but the sound machines took care of the train sounds at night. Great little place to stay

Wonderful experience.
Wonderful location and cabin was fully stocked with amenities and necessities. Tucked away in the woods but close to points of interest. Ideal pet friendly tiny cabin. Precarious entrance and exit so drive slowly to avoid missing but after a few misses…we had it. Loved it!

Cozy Cabin Minutes From Downtown
Property is great. Clean and cozy. Quick drive to downtown Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Host was quick to fix an issue with hot tub heating up. Charcoal included for grills and the basics you would need to cook. A small ant problem, but nothing abnormal for a property in a wooded and secluded area. Overall highly recommend!

Short stay overload on fun
The grandkids had a wonderful time in the bunkbeds and loft. The property was located near all the sites. Thanks to Mr. Frank for all the suggestions of places to see. It was contactless as reported but he responded promptly to questions that we had. I know we will be back as a getaway for the hubby and myself. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great for a short weekend trip
We loved our stay at Kai! We brought our two teenage sisters on a graduation trip and we all loved it. Everything we needed for our weekend stay was provided, booking was a breeze, check-in/out was simple, and the smart TV was a great bonus. The train and road noise was not too bad and you acclimate to it quickly, plus they provided earplugs if it kept you up at night be we didn’t have any trouble. We would 100% stay here again in the future!

Great location and place to stay!
This cabin was perfect for us! The girls loved sleeping and playing in the loft. The hot tub was great and the location was perfect. The owners were very thoughtful and helped with the Smart TV I didn’t know how to use. Can’t wait to stay here again!!!!

We did not stay in Kai Cabin. The owner contacted me and switched us to the Appollonie cabin on the day of our arrival. The new cabin was very attractive and in a nice hilly setting. The interior decoration was very nice, the bathroom and hot tub were very clean. After we checked in I texted the owner to let her know that there was popcorn under the couch cushions of the sofa, the deadbolt on the back door was not lining up, the bathroom pocket door didn't lock, and there was damage to the back corner of the eave of the building. One of the bath towels was stained and the potholders were dirty. I texted the owner and she said she'd have the maintenance guy fix the locks the next day and have a word with the cleaning crew. Otherwise, the cabin and location were lovely, it was peaceful and close to everything we wanted to do. I would stay with them again.

Great vacation choice
The owners are great and very responsive. The location is great for the tourist attractions and close to town. Everything is practically new and well constructed. Do read the owners description about road and train noise. It was not an issue for us at all, but we're sure there will be people who ignore the notice then complain. Overall we thought it was a great place to stay and we plan to return in the future.

This property was absolutely amazing. We were minutes from Ruby falls and many hiking trails. A quick Uber ride to downtown and the property itself was so cute! I loved the little neighborhood of cottages. Very quite and relaxing
