「We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Chattanooga for a quick end-of-summer trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was ready on arrival and very spacious, and they had a pack and play waiting for our baby just as we had requested. The location was perfect—especially convenient for our visit to the aquarium. Overall, it was an easy, comfortable stay and exactly what we needed.」

「The front desk workers at Serenity Stay were very courteous and warm. The room he assigned us was already occupied, but he offered us a comparable room. The room itself was quite clean and I liked the modern decor. Some areas of the property were not as picked up. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, but the food was not very hot and the toaster was not heating enough to toast. 」

「Enjoyed the hotel, but asked for conditioner and it was never delivered. The free safe parking was a welcomed perk! I will stay here again! 」

「Centrally located between Charming St. Elmo and trendy Southside. Comfortable bedding, quiet, super clean. Although not in a walkable area, St. Elmo and Southside are mere minutes away by car. There’s a brand new Food City grocery 0.8mi away if groceries in the mini-fridge are your thing. Super wonderful staff, easy check-in process.」
