Nice place

We enjoyed the conforts and the sceneries. The WiFi coverage was marginal and the gas burners run hot. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable.

Achtung nicht mieten !! Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung lebensgefÀhrlich. Keine Möglichkeit, ein Fenster zu öffnen, nur anzukippen im Wohnzimmer. Schlafzimmer, Bad und Toilette winzig klein und ohne Fenster. Ausblick auf einen Baum, insgesamt sehr dunkel. Zusammenfassung: diese Wohnung ist eine Zumutung!

Appartement propre, fonctionnel, tout le nécessaire est à disposition. La localisation est bien située, proche de tout (station de ski, grande ville, site touristique...) le logement est calme, reposant. Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et arrangeants. Si je reviens dans la région, sans hésiter je reviendrai chez eux. Merci

Location trĂšs bien situĂ©e, propre, fonctionnelle, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et jolie. Quelques bĂ©mols quand mĂȘme : une seule fenĂȘtre donc pas d'aĂ©ration possible (les chambres sont aveugles), pas d'extĂ©rieur pour les locataires et escalier d'accĂšs trĂšs raide. La rĂ©gion Ă©tant topissime, on a passĂ© un max de temps Ă  la dĂ©couvrir !

Appartement manquant de lumiĂšre naturelle, une seule fĂȘnetre dans sĂ©jour difficile d'aĂ©rer, pas de vue sur les paysages environnants, escalier difficile sans rampe, marchĂ©s Ă©troites. La tĂ©lĂ©vision, minuscule, hors service. Taxe de sĂ©jour rĂ©glĂ©e pour 4 personnes alors que nous Ă©tions que 2 personnes, les autres personnes absentes pour cause maladie.

Séjour trÚs agréable.

Super logement pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants (3 et 6 ans ). A proximité d'annecy et son lac avec pleins d'activités aux alentours. Un trÚs bon accueil avec un panier garni. Je recommande fortement. Ce fut un élément séjour en famille.

Logement totalement conforme à la description ! Propreté irréprochable !! Cosy et fonctionnel ! Idéal pour notre famille de 4. Nos 2 fils (7 et 9 ans) étaient ravis de dormir à tour de rÎle dans le lit superposé. L'endroit est dépaysant et trÚs trÚs calme ! Et merci à Lillia et Alban pour leurs petites attentions d'accueil :) Concernant l'emplacement, il est idéalement situé (environ 10 minutes d'Annecy et des gorges du Fier). Nous ne connaissions pas la région mais trÚs contents d'avoir pu la découvrir. C'est magnifique !

APPARTEMENT DE QUALITE TRES PROPRE

L'appartement est rĂ©novĂ© Ă  neuf avec des matĂ©riaux de qualitĂ©, il est trĂšs propre. Il est apprĂ©ciable de trouver les lits faits Ă  votre arrivĂ©e avec le linge de toilette et un panier de bienvenue avec des produits locaux. La douche est spacieuse, bac de douche non glissant. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Seul bĂ©mol, l'annonce ne prĂ©cisait pas qu'il n'y avait pas de fenĂȘtre dans les 2 chambres et dans la piĂšce ouverte faisant cuisine et salon, une seule fenĂȘtre cĂŽtĂ© salon ne s'ouvrant qu'en la basculant. Nous aurions aimer pouvoir aĂ©rer davantage. D'autre part, le salon ne dispose que d'un canapĂ© 2 places sans autre fauteuil ou assises mais nous Ă©tions et sur une journĂ©e 4 et donc le salon est un peu juste pour 3 ou 4 adultes.
