The Most Beautiful Hotel in Chefchouen!

I can't believe I could use this beautiful hotel at an affordable price. I can't forget the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a room with beautiful windows.

A pochi passi dalla Medina, parcheggio al chiuso cn 5€. Arredamento molto particolare. Un po' vecchiotto ma molto carino, per una notte va bene. Colazione normale.

Beau décor, typique, petite chambre, confort minim

Bonjour, accueil sympathique patron très sympathique mais alors on a pas dormi de la nuit pratiquement un groupe est arrivé manger à minuit. Ils se sont couchés à 2h du matin très très bruyant levé à 6h30 du matin pas dormi de la nuit. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel pour aller plus loin à l’autre jour.

フロントスタッフは感じが良かった。 設備が古く、お湯は自分でボイラーのコンセントを差し込み、20分またなければならなかった。今までそんな設備のホテルに泊まったことがないので、いつまでも水しか出ず、驚いた。朝食時には8時の時点で食器類が不足、食べ物もコーヒーもほとんど残っていなかった。偶然団体客と重なったのだが、その時間にはスタッフを増員する、食料を増やすなど、配慮するべき。

たまたまではあろうが、、、

ダブルブッキングしたのか、部屋が用意されてなかった。満室だったようで、姉妹ホテルに案内されたが、何故か税金という名目で多少とられた。サイトの説明では「この宿泊施設から請求されたすべての料金が含まれていますが、宿泊数や予約した部屋によって料金が変更される場合があります。」ということで、基本的には追加料金はないはずだが・・・。ロビーの人の対応は悪くはなく、まあ丁寧に対応してくれたとは思う。案内された部屋もまあまあ清潔だったが、あろうことかシャワーの蛇口で感電して危険。朝食はかなり微妙だった。予約が通ってないことはめったにないだろうが、私自身の滞在としては微妙でした。立地はとてもいいと思います。

Fiquei bastante desiludido com este hotel ,depois de ter ficado mais de 4 vezes neste hotel,,,quando cheguei as 10 da noite disseram que não tinham reserva para mim,,que não tinham recebido qualquer reserva em meu nome,,e eu com a confirmação na mao..andamos de hotel em hotel e nada de quartos acabamos por ir dormir a uma casa particular,,francamente não sei de quem foi a culpa.

Ich bin nicht zufrieden Punkt 1 ich habe 2 Zimmer gebucht mit doppelt bet gebucht ich habe 1 Zimmer bekommen nach 3 tage habe ich die 2 Zimmer bekommen die erst 4 tage muste ich mit Single zimer ubernachaten wo fwenster ganze nacht offen ....und einreise tag es gabe kein Zimmer ich musste hin und hier verschoben bis ich schautze vol gehabt ich wolte polisei anrufen und danach habe ich ein zimmer bekommen die schlechteste Zimmer ich wil meine geld zürück was mir steht

Hotel średniej klasy, po przybyciu nie mieli naszej rezerwacji i całe szczęście, że znalazł się dla nas pokój - zamiast dwójki, z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami. W pokoju dosyć zimno, klimatyzacja nie spełniała zadania i nawet po ustawieniu na maksa było czuć chłód (problemy z wentylacją, klimatyzator umiejscowiony zaraz koło nieszczelnego okna). Pokój mały, czysty, urządzony wg stylu tradycyjnego. Nic specjalnego, ale za taką cenę może być.

No cumplieron con la reserva que teniamos contratada para tres habitaciones, dandonos solo dos por lo que no pudimos dormir con nuestras parejas, ademas las habitaciones muy pequeñas y con un baño donde no quisimos ni ducharno por mal estado en el que se encontraba, ubicadas en un patio con mal olor y humedad. Un Hotel al que no volvere y que nunca recomendare.La pagina donde contratamos el hotel nos tuvo media hora al telefono y luego corto la cominicacion sin solucionar nada.

Teniamos tres habitaciones reservadas y cuando llegamos solo tenian dos disponibles en el sotano, con humedad y mal olor,muy pequeñas,tubimos que dormir como pudimos en las camas que tenian sin darle solucion a la reserva que teniamos, las camas casi tocaban las dos paredes y el baño para olvidar lo antes posible, un verdadero timo por lo que pagamos.La reserva la hicimos en HOTELES.COM al que llamamos por Tlf y nos corto la comunicacion despues de mantenernos a la espera durante media hora. UN DESASTRE.

L'hôtel est propre et le service est efficace : le flexible de douche qui gouttait a été remplacé immédiatement. C'est un peu bruyant mais les chambres sont confortables et la salle de bains convenable. Petit déjeuner type "buffet" correct. Bon emplacement et hôtel connu donc facile à (re)trouver. Logement pris au dernier moment via le site donc excellent rapport qualité / prix, mais moins en direct. Bon logement donc et bien décoré mais qui n'a pas le charme d'un riad ou d'une chambre d'hôte.
