It’s was fun birthday staycation to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Little surprises prepared by duty manager Alison was lovely and made my daughter feel very special. Overall service at Four Seasons is top notch! But on a negative side note, Melody from the 6th floor breakfast buffet was a bit curt and rude when she thought I didn’t understand Chinese said “搬桌子，这么麻烦！” right in my face when Bill (restaurant manager who was excellent!) suggested to move some tables so we can sit closer to the...

Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change.
The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either.
Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped.
Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained.
Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...
