Good property but painful logistics
Terrific location with loads of space and nice views, but lots of issues with the access codes and parking. I would not risk this again, even though the local contact seemed earnest.

Not a good stay. We were given the wrong code for garage and room. After taking care of that problem the elevator was not working. The worst thing was the air conditioning. It's fixed at 73°. The room never cooled down. It was way too warm to sleep.Would not stay there again in hot weather.

Lovely condo with an amazing view!
We loved our stay! The condo is very spacious, well stocked, and has the most amazing views! Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We love the location as it is close to everything you could need in Chelan. Lots of warm, comfy bedding, extra blankets, and games. The beds are very comfortable. There is a perfect sledding hill in the park right next toy the condo. We look forward to returning!

A few minor details. The showers were super low pressure and not much hot water. The A/C in the master bedroom didn’t work at all. It was quite stifling at times. Over all the place was great.

Chelan Resort Suite #409
The security code boxes to enter the building and parking garage are 15 yrs old and are rarely working. Leaving guest very frustrated, upset, unable to get into the building and having to park a block away at a park & ride. My parents are in their mid 80's and needed the garage parking & elevator. Then to top it off on the day of check out the elevator stopped working. We were on the fourth floor and had to hall our luggage down the stairs. They expect a 10 am check-out which most rentals are 11am. Because of dealing with the elevator phone calls we were given a 10:30 checkout. At 10:31 we were rudely confronted with the housekeeper as we were loading out of the condo. There was a traffic jam at the loading area in front of the building from guest trying to checkout. We will never be back to this very badly managed condo! Too bad since the condo has a beautiful view!
