It is renovated to high specification luxury 2 bedroom apartment with extra large drawing room. The apartment is located at first floor of the Terrace, which is highly maintained Grade II* property. It showcases beautiful period features, with manicured lawns to the front. The unbeatable location and a free allocated parking directly outside, make it the favourite for all types of guests, whether for pleasure or business.

There is a small kitchen with toaster and kettle, pans and pots, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Please note, some kitchen cupboards are higher than normal, a step is provided.

Allocated parking space provided immediately outside.

There is an A4 folder/ Guest Book in the apartment by the TV, containing emergency contacts, notes for manuals, maps and local information.

Strictly no smoking and sorry, no animals.

Amazing apt in a stunning Cheltenham location… owner was excellent and very helpful… all of Cotswolds close by and a walk to the station gets you to London in under 2 hours too.

My husband & i thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yingshi beautiful regency apartment which was immaculate & tastefully decorated.The apartment was centrally located to the trendy area of Montpellier with a plethora of excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. I found Yingshi to be extremely responsive to my communication & i look forward to returning to Yinshi's exquisite apartment in the near future. Prefect location to explore the picturesque Cotswolds & we had a wonderful time

Return to Cheltenham

As a 12 year old in 1967, I stayed with my family 2 doors down in the same Regency complex. It was wonderful to be back. The space is incredible, with the most beautiful asset being the massive drawing room with the tall ceiling, huge windows that were lit up with the morning sun. The location is fantastic - less than a block from the nearest restaurants, pubs and grocery store - in the Montpellier neighborhood. The host was great too - immediately answering the couple questions I had both before and during the stay. Loved it!

Wonderful Experience in a Beautiful Location

Gorgeous property in beautiful location. Loved exploring the local area on foot, pretty gardens, great shopping, good restaurants - authentic fish and chips at the Chip Shed. Great spot from which to organise day visits to surrounding areas. Visited Gloucester Cathedral, hired bikes for a tour around the countryside and generally had a fantastic time.

6 Lypiatt Terrace, Flat 3

The USP of the property is the large, gracious and light front room. Other rooms are smaller tho comfortable, particularly the bed in the double room. The kitchen is small, but works fine, especially as we ate out most of the time. You do need to be extra tall to reach the fridge! There are big windows at the front, so can get cool, but the heating was fine. It's very well situated, in Montpellier, arguably he quirkiest and best bit of Cheltenham, and is an easy walk to the centre. We enjoyed our few days, and are likely to try to book it again when we return.

A beautifully appointed first-floor apartment within easy walking distance of Cheltenham's attractive town centre. It was novel having to climb steps to reach the fridge but that was no problem for us.

Spacious apartment in an elegant town.

We were very comfortable in Yingshi's lovely apartment. It is well sited near a variety of restaurants and a comfortable stroll both to gardens, the centre of town and the Cheltenham Spa station. The front room looking out on to Lypiatt Street is a spacious light filled room and elegantly furnished. As you would expect the bedrooms are very comfortable and the heating even kept we Aussies warm. Communication with Yingshi was excelllent and she was most helpful. If we are lucky enough to return to Cheltenham we hope the apartment is available.

Lovely property, well situated to explore the city on foot and further afield by car. Parking was a real advantage. The property is elegant and comfortable, nicely furnished, clean and fresh. Communication with owner was easy and all arrangements smooth.

Short break in Cheltenham

A perfect location for exploring Cheltenham and the surrounding area. Off road parking very welcome although you can easily walk to Cheltenham centre, Very near to good restaurants. The flat itself is beautiful with a stunning sitting room. The owner is very welcoming and communictaions excellent.

Stunning appartment

Upon arrival entering the drive it was obvious, from the outside of the wonderful character building, that we were not going to be disappointed. Inside the appartment the main room offered large windows, tall ceilings and wonderful chandelier. The kitchen, although on the small side, was more than adiquate and was fitted with high quality appliances as was the bathroom. Beds were very confortable and all linens etc were of a very good standard. Yingshi was able to meet us there and see us again on departure. She was very friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating to us. We were very close to a good selection of restaurants and to The shopping centre. We would have no hesitation in booking this appartment again in the future.

Cheltenham Easter break

The location and our stylish apartment made our stay (despite the rainy weather) very enjoyable. We were based just 5 mins walk (or less) from The Ivy and many other choices of restaurants and bars. We had a warm welcome from Yingshi who showed us around the apartment. The photos do not do it justice. The sofa / living area is very comfortable as are the beds. It is a beautiful building/apartment with original features and my family (husband and 2 adult daughters) can highly recommend it.
