"Clean room but smells horrible. Smell like animal pee And when I ask for money back they tell me take 4 to 7 days. Very disappointed"

"We were a little early and room wasn’t quite ready I didn’t mind at all. They were polite and it was ready in 10 minutes. Didn’t use the bar. Parking was very convenient. When asked staff about hiking they had several brochures on many places in the immediate area that turned out to be awesome. "
