We two enjoyed staying in the room which is very spacious and fitted with good room/toilet condition. We stayed in a room with lake view. The Chinese Restaurant served us delicious meal, in which the Big Fish Head was one of the menu we enjoyed most. It's the third time we ate it. The waitresses were in very good serving manner. All the staff at the Check-in-counter and Lobby were professional and with smiling faces. Well done.

A special shoutout to the amazing front desk team: Ms. Andi Zhong and Ms. 黃一萍 went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we faced an unexpected situation with an eye infection. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Grateful for such exceptional service! We'll definitely choose...
