Rooms were clean. Coffee in the room is not complementary. There is a complementary bottle of water, but only the first day. No iron nor iron board in the room, you have to ask for it and it has to be returned after. No hair conditioner. The pool was great, 25 m and very clean. The stuff in the hotel was friendly. Very poor management in the restaurant. No one on the door to welcome you and sit you. Free breakfast buffet and no waiters around, customers help each other to find out where things are and how to get coffee

Otel bakımlı yeni görünümlü akat oda temizliği yorganların katlanması ile sınırlı , temizlik yapmıyorlar ancak zorla söylerseniz yapılıyor. Restoran personeli inanılmaz kaba , resmen müşterileri azarlıyorlar. Yemekleri kötü değil , spa sı güzel , çocuklar için vakit geçirilecek alanı büyük. Tekrar gidebilirim ama bu işletmeye daha iyisi olabilirdi.

We have just finished a wonderful stay at Perelik Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and were always friendly, professional and happy to help. The hotel itself is spotless, modern and exceptionally comfortable. Our room was spacious with beautiful mountain views, and the facilities are outstanding. The Body & Soul Spa is one of the highlights, with a fantastic swimming pool, excellent sauna facilities and wonderfully relaxing treatments. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Rhodope Mountains. We visited during July, and one of the biggest surprises was how peaceful Pamporovo is in summer. There were no crowds, meaning we often had the pool almost entirely to ourselves, enjoyed quiet meals in the restaurant and could truly relax throughout our stay. The location is also ideal for exploring everything the area has to offer. We enjoyed horse riding, the adventure park, the deer farm, the Snezhanka Tower, wonderful mountain scenery and some excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach of the hotel. A special thank you also goes to our taxi driver, Vlad, who became an important part of our holiday. He was reliable, kind and always willing to help us get wherever we wanted to go. If you’re looking for somewhere to escape the crowds, recharge your batteries and experience the beauty of Bulgaria’s Rhodope Mountains, I can wholeheartedly recommend Perelik Hotel

The hotel wasn’t acting like a 5* hotel. The facilities are good but the staff was extremely rude and incompetent. We were welcomed with no toilet paper in our room (like none) and no hair conditioner. The biggest shock for me was the receptionist who supposed to receive a package which I phoned earlier about and it was rejected 3 times with no phone call to me. I was advised to pay a taxi from Smolyan (€20) to return it back to the hotel. We also tried to order from reception cutlery to our room, they send us to the restaurant and the restaurant send us back to reception so no one actually was bothered to do that. I would never pay again for 5* hotel that doesn’t provide 5* services. Not worth the money
