Quiet 4 bedroom 3 bath chalet located atop a 2900 ft elevation mountain with adequate accessibility. Just 7 min from the Nantahala outdoor center with white water rafting & other outdoor activities. 20 minutes to Bryson City with the Smokey Mountain railroad, breweries , shopping and restaurants. 25 minutes to Cherokee for gambling. Minutes from waterfalls, great fishing and gem mining. The home includes a hot tub (if not down for maintenance), wood burning fireplace, fire pit ,grill, and beautiful views of the Smokey Mountains. Added security camera on porch can be unplugged for your stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was so cozy, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The views were absolutely breathtaking — some of the best we’ve ever seen from a cabin. It was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Truly one of the nicest cabins we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Beautiful, relaxing, fun!

Everything was impeccably clean. The views were beautiful and enjoyable to just sit, visit, and take it all in. We started our day enjoying coffee on the porch and finished it with a glass of wine breathing in the beautiful view and quiet sounds of nature. Private but convenient to activities nearby.

Mini holiday in the Smokies

Beautiful cabin with a spectacular view of the mountains. The cabin is in a neighborhood but still quiet. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable.

Smokey Vista & Beautiful Views

The place was perfect with plenty of space for everyone and amazing view over the mountains. The instructions were spot on, from hot tub, to fireplace and the kitchen had everything needed and it’s clear this is a well maintained place. We would stay here again 100%.

Wonderful, peaceful stay!

Due to multiple falls over 2 days, my 65yo body was pretty banged up for the entire stay, but the hot tub was WONDERFUL and it gave us all time to just slow down and enjoy quality time as a family. The house was lovely and our host, Carol, was available by text within minutes if needed. I would go back anytime!

Perfect Holiday Family Weekend

We traveled to Bryson City to ride the Polar Express, and this was the perfect house for us! It was spotless, which we greatly appreciated. It was also decorated for the holidays which added to the magic of the weekend. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Mountain Paradise

The view is spectacular. The house was warm and welcoming. We liked having a fireplace and wood available. Check out and clean up was super easy. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again

View of a Lifetime

This was one of the best vacations ever, mainly for the view and the comfort of the home. We felt at home and not like we were just staying somewhere for a week. Highly recommend!

Perfect girls trip destination!

This mountain home has the perfect views!! A friend group went for one of our bdays and we of course let her have “the view” bedroom which was amazing! Everything was super clean, all the bedrooms were great, and then kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite spot was the porch swing and rockers! We would definitely go back.

On top of having the most gorgeous view, this place had everything you could possibly time. need to accommodate your stay… and then some! Very clean. Great location. Great directions to get there. Owners response time was within minutes. Will definitely be staying here again for a longer period.

Beautiful view

This was a cute house with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the fire pit with the view. It was nice that plenty of firewood was provided. The kitchen was well stocked and there were a lot of sleeping options. We also appreciated the extra blankets for the cool mornings. It was close to the NOC, which was also nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Smoky Mountains

My wife and I stayed at this property in late October at the peak of the fall foliage. The house was very clean and nice. The back deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the smoky mountains. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for fun and leisure. The owners are nice and quick to respond to any questions that you may have. We hope to return in the future.

OMG! This was the best of EVERYTHING

every year, my family and closest friends take a vacation together, and every year we book a different cabin because the accommodations were not perfect for our group. That has all changed! this cabin has the most amazing views, and the host and hostess were totally accommodating. Pictures cannot do this wonderful retreat justice. Never before has anyone in my group enjoyed a cabin so much. Everyone commented on how well they slept, even my sister's therapy dog slept better than usual. I think we have found the perfect vacation spot!!

Absolutely Wonderful !!!

This place is beyond great !!! It has tasteful decorations, it's fully equipped, the view is beyond wonderful, the parking is very adequate for 4-5 cars (don't bring a long trailer). We were able to turn around a 14 ft trailer with a Tahoe though. There is plenty of space for everyone to stake out bedspace, there are even sofa blankets, can Koozies, games, X-box, plenty of hardware and dishes in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again. This is an older home with mid 70's charm that has been updated where needed and kept the original charm in the right places.. There is wide selection of hard cover books including Stuart Woods (he was from my hometown, knew him) and many other authors. They have fans, space heaters, ceiling fans, nice showers, I can go on all day. If you're thinking about this location, don't wait, it' great. I'm a retired building contractor, this is about the only home in the area that I wished I owned... :[ The Slade family has done it right, and no, I don't know these folks. Do I have you convinced yet...

This property was amazing, from the breathtaking views, to the spacious and clean accommodations, to the responsiveness of the hosts. We had family in for the train ride and this was a perfect spot. Close enough to the quaint little towns for shopping and food yet far enough up the mountain to have spectacular Fall views. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area!
