Staff was professional, friendly and prompt check in. The rooms and hallways were needed in dire upgrades from carpet to furniture. Very outdated and dirty. Carpets were filthy. Rooms itself were clean however no ice since ice machine broken. Breakfast was good.

Staff was very friendly and after I had a double charge he was quick to ensure me via phone that it would be refunded. We live staying once a year here. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

We've stayed here twice and have been very satisfied with our stay. Love the balconies on the creek 😍 you don't hear any noises from the busy street. Much quieter stay than cherokee.

I reserved and paid for in advance for a mountain view room. When I checked in, they assigned me a creek view room. When I asked about it, the clerk said the mountain view rooms are full.

Everything was clean and the room did not smell stale and stink like some rooms. The only complaint was the bed was hard and a little high for old fat people. I loved the creek outback. Listening to that and the rain was so peaceful at night. I would stay here again. I highly recommend eating at Guayibitos Mexican restaurant in Maggie Valley and Waylans and Honeys in Waynesville. Also if you go to the Buttered Biscuit in Waynesville make sure you have someone to split the biscuit with, they are what my granny called cathead biscuits. It doesn't disappoint either.

All was very good, only complaint was beds were SO high! Hard to get into bed! Everything else was good! Close to everything in Maggie Valley -restaurants, shopping, & fun things to do & see! Also, provided GREAT breakfast on property!
