The property is fine and in a great location, however the guy who checked us in was extremely rude and had no sense of customer service whatsoever! He's white with longer hair and i even attempted to be friendly towards him and asked how he was doing and he gave a short sarcastic answer. If you're going to have employees, get someone who's nice to customers. They are the face of your establishment and because of this guys nasty attitude, we will not be back.

Breakfast was terrible. Your choices are 3 different muffins, orange juice or coffee. Staff was great, everyone was very friendly! Fast check in. Outside was clean, no trash laying around, but if you want to sit outside on your balcony, forget it. Wood driller bees are EVERYWHERE!!

Kitty & the staff are amazing! Love staying here because it’s always so peaceful. I’ve stayed here for years. They used the have the best breakfast but still haven’t brought it back. Covid is over, stop trying to save money, & bring back the breakfast! The higher ups are the decision makers not the immediate staff. So I am in no way blaming them. With the cost of the room a full breakfast should be included.

I had my service dog and they placed me in a room right next to the exit door at the corner which was perfect. Shout out to the staff! Only complaint is be weary of the balcony doors so that you do not get locked out.

This was listed as having breakfast included. There were about 12 granola bars in a basket and some old terrible tasting coffee with terrible creamer. The breakfast included needs to be removed.

this super 8 is way better thanother super 8 hotels. It is as good as Hampton Inn. Exceed expectations. room is large and has extra space to place lover seats and coffee table. quiet, safe and clean. but the microwave tv, faucet and air dryers are too old.

My husband and I stayed one night here and I was a boy skeptical being that we usually choose more upscale hotels..Being that the reviews were pretty good we decided to give it a try.. I must say we both were very impressed.. Cleanliness is at the top of our list along with safety and friendliness ,and I must say we got all 3.Our room was very clean and smelled wonderful. The staff at the front desk was very courteous and made my husband and I feel very welcome.. We most definitely plan to stay here again our next trip back to Cherokee!!

Staff was outstanding, and rose to effectively deal with a serious water leak in the attic and other challenges. The facility is quite "long in the tooth." Our room needed a face plate on a loose wall outlet along with a bathroom faucet that was almost inoperable (old and dirty). The fixture holding the TP was rusty. All in all, not a bargain except for the stellar efforts of the staff.
