“Nice, clean, quiet and new!”

“It’s always pleasant to stay here. ”

“Booked a hotel room for two nights. Was left standing there on the phone for an hour and a half with my kids in the lobby with me because the hotel apparently didn’t have my reservation in the computer. When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end. Ended up being moved to another hotel that didn’t have a pool, so my kids were all bummed out. That’s the reason we booked this one in the first place. The poor front desk guy was……

“Staff were excellent , in fact the highlight!”

“Have stayed at this property several times with excellent experiences. However, there was a noticeable difference in this stay. The entire back wall of the shower had been shattered and patched back together with epoxy. A very shabby repair and less than welcoming. Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person.……

“Additional charge for two very small yorkies was too high, $140 for two nights. Also, The floor of the room should be wet mopped between customers, as our feet became dirty if we walked barefoot in the room even from the bathroom to the bed. ”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Btittany was very kind. Otherwise the TV didn’t work, the chair was broken, and the freezer was caked with frost. The include breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. The walls are thin and we heard every cough from next door and the dog barks. The rate was very affordable, but we expected what was there to be functional.”

“The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was missing a light bulb; which we were able to obtain from the desk. The room itself just felt like it was a downgrade from a normal hotel room”

“Our room was big and comfortable. We have stayed at this property a few times. ”

“Our room was not cleaned from the day before. Dirty bed and garbage. Ice cream container on the night stand. Made a nasty sticky mess”

“They take $100 out of your bank account and hold it until after you check out. We stay in a lot of hotels, and haven’t had this issue with other hotels. ”

“Very clean, great check in clerk! I particularly appreciated the good coffee in the room and the excellent fresh coffee maker (each cup from freshly ground beans) coffee maker in the lobby.”

“Parking and check in easy AC works fine. Bathroom wall frame was rotting ”

“This hotel was pretty new and it was beautiful! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Super clean!”

“There's a Walmart near by its walking distance but it's through traffic. Room was clean when I arrived. It is pet friendly. They don't really have that much staff but they do get the job done ”
