「The property was great. The Cabin was in great conditions minus 1 issue with the shower head that leaked but no big deal. The phone number for the host that I used from their site was met with no response to my message, but it was figured out either way. parking was kind of difficult (a truck with trailer takes up most of the space and makes it difficult to get into your assigned spot). I would stay again though. 」

「The cabin itself is just as pictured here. Nothing fancy but quite sufficient! Convenient location, close enough for a quick jaunt over to Cade’s Cove, Clingman’s Dome, the casino, the island park, etc. The river is nice to listen to from the deck, and we often saw fishermen enjoying the day. There’s a path down to the water that’s not too bad if you want to fish or just wade in the water. It was supplied with most anything you’d need for a short stay. Coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, air...

「It was a beautiful 1800s home in a great location. With it being so old it came with some exspected issues. The beds were comfortable but the upstairs never cooled down so we all hadcto sllep downstairs. There were cobwebs everywhere, and mouse droppings in the silverware drewer and cup cabinets. With an old home in the woods it was expected but still frowned upon. Unexpectedly large area, the microwave handle was broke off ( no big deal), the single large ac was overworked and was very loud....

「I only stayed 3 days 2 nights. I wished I’d booked it longer. I had an issue with the AC so I called the host. The host and her husband came over right away and solved the problem. The AC units are brand new and they do have cold air. Other than that the host is extremely friendly and she treated me like family. Her cabin is beautiful and Clean! I definitely want to go back for at least a week.」

「Property is less than one mile from restaurants, river tubing, etc. You can walk about 2/10 of a mile from the cabin to the river and fish. If you are looking for a modern place, then this would not be the place for you. We enjoyed it and plan to rent again.」
