「Great value for the location 」

The parking garage wasn't well marked, doors were locked going from the garage to the hotel on the 2nd level, we had to walk around the whole building to get to the hotel. The hotel its self was dark, dingy feeling. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The widows were all dirty or hazed over so much so that we couldn't see out well. The toilet above our room was leaking, making our room stink. The maintenance staff was super friendly and got our room...

「I always stay at this hotel whenever I am in Columbus for business. Staff is wonderful! Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Beds are VERY comfortable. Bottom line is that I sleep great when staying at Sonesta ! And, I love the full size fridge, fully stocked utensils, and the long, wide workspace countertop. Great hotel !!!」
