「Dennis and Carol are excellent hosts. Very easy to communicate. The property is beautiful! The photos don’t due it justice. Main house is large , jukebox is a great addition. Bedrooms are spacious. Second house is also well equipped and roomy. The bungalow had more room than I anticipated. The views are spectacular! Added bonus, large ships pass in front of the property. Private beach with easy access. Fishing was great. Awesome sunsets and nice yard and fire pit. We had 12people in our group...

「This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond.
