The room I stayed in had gum stuck to the wall next to the bed, the bathroom and floors were disgusting, every part of carpet and the stairwell and hallways are stained almost black. Good luck interacting with staff when there’s nobody ever at the front desk, but there’s a sign for a number for you to call, now I get why it was so cheap.

The room was clean, though the hall and outside areas were in need of some love. There were really no amenities to speak of. No in room coffee,there was lobby coffee in a carafe cold. No microwave, a refrigerator that wouldn't keep drinks cold. Very sparsely furnished without a chair to sit in, other than broken desk chair. A newspaper was promised on the Expedia site, but they wouldn't even give a hard copy receipt so doubtful it existed. It was close to our venue and a good place to shower and lay our heads and that's all we needed so it worked out for us. For folks needing to stay in the room more it won't work out so well.

This place should be reported to the health department. I’ve never seen a dirtier establishment that people pay to stay. There was trash in the hallway, the carpet and it was filthy layered with dirt. The rooms was dirt piled on the floor. There was hair in the bed where sheets have not changed from the last quest. This establishment had the audacity asked for a deposit. They should use that deposit to hire someone to clean. I will never stay in this hotel again and it gives a bad look for the reputation that the quality and has. Do not stay here you leave a feeling as if you caught some kind of disease. If it wasn’t late, I would’ve left and requested a refund.

Hotel has a strong musty smell. Smoke alarm in our room is missing, there were just a bunch of wires hanging from the ceiling where it should have been. Bathroom had updated fixtures. TV had to good selection of channels and easy to use integrated guide. Laundry facilities were not working and breakfast was just average. This is the second quality inn we stayed at during this trip and I believe we'll avoid this brand in the future

The lobby floor and carpeted stairs were dirty. The place was a mess. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk to help you. The tv channels never loaded. The toilet seat was broken. Mediocre at best. Best thing that this place has to offer is the surrounding businesses close to it. I was there for five days No housekeeping was done to room. When I needed clean towels or washcloths, I had to chase people down to request them. If I wanted the trash, empty emptied, I emptied it myself. My recommendation would be to keep looking.

Bath towels are small and thin. Pillows are small and thin. The desk light flickers horribly when turned on. No room cleaning or replacement towels during multi-day visit. Far too much air freshener. Smelled it in my sleep. The AC unit sounds like a jet engine. The front desk staff barely greeted me upon check in. There are no amenities like coffee, shampoo, body wash. Finally, tho the bed was comfortable, I've had pieces of bread thicker than the pillows.
