The room had not been properly prepared and was clearly unclean, with roaches present in the room. Additionally, the receptionist was not at the desk upon my arrival, and I had to wait over 15 minutes before she returned to check me in. When she did arrive, I was rushed and informed that I only had about three minutes to inspect the room before additional charges would be applied due to the check-in time. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or customer service.

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed… I’d have to say sleeping on rocks deployed to Iraq was more comfortable. This place had a TV though…. Had to request a remote control🤔. First room I was offered had an A/C unit that was crazy loud. Switched me to a “newly renovated room.” Maybe it was renovated 20 years ago. Likely a standard line vice apologizing for the poor room. First room looked cleaner and renovated. Just needed one night, i sucked it up!

Staff was nice but the facility it a complete dump! The elevator has been expired on its inspection over a year ago! Bugs running across the floor of bathroom. Toilet still had turds in it from last guest! Telling me it was not even cleaned from last guest! The countertop was rotten and had holes in it. The door would not close and lock on its own like it legally is supposed to! It was a good price but that’s it!!!! I would suggest spend a little more for a safe and clean facility, I learned my lesson about cheap that’s for sure!!!!!

Took 30 minutes for anyone to even come to the front desk they were all outside smoking just looking at me and whole place smelled like weed and the room was disgusting and stunk and definitely will not ever be coming back.

This is the second worst hotel I've stayed in (the first had roaches). Booking ahead and being nonrefundable by the time I arrived I wish I had read the reviews. There is a stench that can only be attributed to the musk of dead rotting skin cells baked into the carpets and the room smelled like mold, we had to leave the window open. It is in disrepair, and unfortunately the repairs that are made are sloppy and bare minimum (ex. stick on tiles in the bathroom coming off the floor, thick mushed on caulking around the toilet, partical board shelf in the bathroom). My brother couldnt bring themselves to stay the second night due to the gurngieness. Unfortunately it would take a lot of money to renovate this place and bring it up to par, and I don't think they have the cash flow to do it right.

Rooms were disgusting, refrigerator was rusted, duck tape on microwave, dead roaches in hallway, and looks like mold in the bathroom. The pictures are a false advertisement and ended up leaving. They let you check the room before staying and I advise that you book elsewhere.

There is no kitchen at the hotel and I also spent $22 to do two loads of laundry. The dryers weren't getting hot enough to dry them well. Front desk staff does not stay overnight and they have a telephone number if there is a disturbance to call hotel security. Shady characters hanging out at the hotel and in the stairwells. Very noisy arguing and yelling throughout the night. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and the bed covering looks extremely old like it hadn't been washed in a long long time. Sheets also very scratchy and uncomfortable. Bed was noisy to get on and off of, as springs were broken in the mattress and you could feel them in certain areas of your back when you moved. The room we were in did not have a hair dryer nor an ironing board or iron. You must bring towels downstairs in a laundry basket for a laundry exchange. No maid service during the time we stayed there. Supposed to have been a non-smoking hotel but people were smoking and you could smell it. Even caught hotel security smoking in the hallway and putting his cigarettes out on the floor or down the elevator. No bucket in the room to get ice and no cups. Nowhere to buy or get a snack or a drink in this hotel and no kitchen. Smelt musty and old, reeked of cigarette smoke. Men constantly leaving their rooms and talking on their cell phones in the hallway and stairwell. Suspect some kind of illegal activity going on. Hotel is kind of hidden from the main road and light was out on sign at entrance. Yucky!

Booked a one night stay and will never book again. Now the staff was okay, no problems there. I stayed in room 424 and after about 1 hour I started seeing roaches in the room. The property was notified and gave me no help. I had to go to the store and get Raid. If you NEED to stay here, I get it. But if you can avoid it, don’t book here.

Very hard to find the entrance. There were two roaches in the room on the 3rd floor that I saw. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but some furniture was broken. There were crumbs on the comforter.
