Greenway House is nestled within a quiet location in a really popular suburb of Chester. Just 10 minutes from Chester zoo, 5 minutes to the races and a 15 minute walk into town, this house is ideally located.

The main out of town shopping area (Greyhound Park) with all its super markets and big chain restaurants make this a really convenient place to stay.

Fantastic. Close to every thing you will need shop, chester, zoo, wales. Off street parking for 2 cars. Every thing we needed was in the kitchen.

Great Family Holiday Home

Great house with all the amenities we needed for our family of 4. Well located home near Chester, with daytrips easy to Wales and Blackpool and Liverpool nearby.Very responsive host, well equipped home. Would stay here again.

Disappointing property

Pros - location, communication with property manager Cons - bathroom needs to be replaced - tile missing from next to the shower with hole through to adjoining cupboard, bath feels unsafe when stood in it, bath strip hanging off. Bath was unclean with hairs and tidemark. Lisa arranged for cleaner to come that evening which was greatly appreciated, but there was no way that the property had been deep cleaned before our arrival: sticky marks on bedside table, dirty oven door and hob, crumbs in fridge, shower door strip was green due to algae. Also, damaged kitchen worktop, laminate peeling away from kitchen cupboard doors. I have never seen a frying pan so encrusted with burnt on grease so couldn't use it. Broken plug socket in main bedroom, no socket to use one of bedside lights. Stained carpets that really need to be replaced. No guest book / welcome pack (there was some tea, coffee and sugar). Couldn't get standard TV channels unless through the apps. Overall, a really disappointing property.
