EASTGATE YURT

Named after Chester's Iconic Clock Tower

• Sleeps: 2 adults (plus travel cot available on request)
• Features: Double-size organic linen bed, wood-burning stove for cosy evenings, private deck with outdoor seating and fire pit, eco-friendly bathroom facilities just steps away
• Inclusions: Welcome hamper with local Chester produce (bread from Chester Market, honey from Upton Heath, tea/coffee), reusable water bottles, and a guide to exploring the city - £15 for 2 people, please book in advance.
• Special Touch: Perfect views towards the city – watch sunsets paint the Roman walls gold


RACECOURSE YURT

Named after Britain's Oldest Racecourse

• Sleeps: 2 adults + 2 children (or 4 adults)
• Features: Double bed + two single futons, solar-powered lighting, private picnic area, wood-fired hot tub available to book in advance, fully accessible path to entrance

OUR DOG POLICY

1. ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES

- Dogs must be on a fixed lead (max 2 metres) when outside your yurt, in communal areas, and on site.
- This protects our local horses, keeps other guests comfortable, and ensures your dog stays safe near our fire pits and outdoor areas
- You may only let your dog off-lead in designated exercise areas by your Yurt. – we’ll show you where these are on check-in

2. DOG STAY FEE

- £20 per stay, per dog – this helps us cover extra cleaning, maintain our dog-friendly facilities, and support local dog rescue charities
- The fee is payable when you arrive – please let us know how many dogs will be joining you at the time of reservation

3. ADDITIONAL RULES

- Dogs are welcome in our Racecourse Yurt only (Eastgate Yurt is dog-free for guests with allergies)
- Please bring your own dog beds, bowls and food
- Clear up after your dog immediately – waste bins are provided around the site
- Dogs must not be left unattended in yurts at any time
- Please keep barking to a minimum – we want all guests to enjoy a peaceful stay
- No more than 2 dogs per booking

4. WHAT WE PROVIDE FOR YOUR DOG

- Water for outside tap at the site
- Waste bag (though we encourage you to bring your own where possible)
- List of local dog-friendly walks, pubs and attractions (including Chester’s Roman Walls – dog-friendly on leads!)
- Treats from a local Chester pet shop in your welcome hamper



TO BOOK WITH YOUR DOG

- Select the "Racecourse Yurt – Dog-Friendly" option when booking
- Add the number of dogs staying with you
- The £20 per dog fee will be added automatically to your booking total
- Please let us know if your dog has any special needs or requirements when you book
