Very friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, well-maintained and plenty of tea/coffee in the rooms! The food in the bar/restaurant was very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was fine - could have done with more choice of pastries, vut the bacon roll was delicious!!

Welcomed on check in. Room was clean and spacious only issue was low water pressure so struggled to wash my hair!! Not the accommodation fault it’s just one of those things. Would stay here again if coming to Chester. Great location and had breakfast here which was very nice and very good price.

A great place to stay. Great room. Plenty of space. Food in the hotel was good quality and very reasonably priced. We used this as a base for travel into Liverpool.
