Staff was really helpful. Great location and bed was comfy. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good. Parking was a few minute walk away and it was awkward to temporarily stop in front of the hotel to load and unload bags due to construction, but otherwise we had a great stay.

I would recommend this hotel. The only downside of this place is no onsite or near by parking. You need to park in parkades that are about a 10-min walk from the hotel. With any booking you make in the Ireland, always book the breakfast of you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it.

Our room was overall very comfortable with air conditioning, a hot large shower, tv, free coffee and tea, and a beautiful view of the river and city. The buffet breakfast was good. The only issue was parking. We were lucky enough to find a spot a block away for free, but be prepared to park at City Hall and pay 12 euros as there is no parking on the hotel's property. Otherwise, great place to stay.

This hotel was nice. The girls at the front desk and bar were very friendly, The only thing I would suggest is to allow guests to check in as soon as their room is ready. Check in is 3:00, but if guest arrive and room is readyit would be nice to ne able to go to the room.People were waiting for a room and the line was backed up because they didn’t want to pay extra to get in earlier then 3.

The hotel itself is nice as was the breakfast and restaurant options. The area around the hotel is kind of off the main path of crowds so it’s a little quieter but still just a few minutes walk to most attractions and public transportation. The area around the building also seems a little sketchy with a lot of graffiti and empty alley ways but as a female solo traveler I had no issues. Just be alert of your surroundings.
