I have used Residential Estates before as they are really helpful to deal with and I know they have a good standard of accommodation on offer at reasonable rates. I always deal with Natalie who is always amazing and I know she consistently offers a fantastic level of customer service ensuring guest satisfaction every time. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, clean and really nice. It is modern yet cosy and fully furnished to a high standard. It has large windows and the view outside is pleasant. The bedroom was particularly spacious which I liked. The bathroom was decorated to a high standard and the shower was really good, hot and powerful. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and allows for a nice dining experience. The kitchen is all open plan but a good size and there is all the crockery, cookware and utensils you could need. The TV is a smart TV which is great and the WIFI connection was excellent. It is in a quiet location a short walk from the city centre. Currently there are some building works nearby but from Apartment 9 the noise was minimal. This may not be the case when building work starts next door but currently it isn't an issue. The building itself was quiet with just occasional noise that you can expect in a mid floor apartment. There is parking outside however it isn't secure but I never had any problem and the parking was a bonus rather than parking on the street it means you have an allocated space. The apartment was equipped with ironing and washing facilities and also a hairdryer. It felt like a home from home and I had a very enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie and her Residential Estates team and I would be happy to book with them again. Natalie was always at the end of a message if I had any questions or problems, she is fantastic at her job and a credit to the company. The response was always quick and they get things done when they say they will, customer care here is excellent.
