This was such a beautiful hotel and with a very friendly staff. I enjoyed my time here and this was a good location outside of Tokyo, yet, not far away. The train station is a few blocks away for an easy commute to Tokyo. Right next to the train station, there are shops and a food hall that has a variety of foods to eat. You can enjoy a Japanese garden across the street from the hotel, or take a nice walk to the nearby Makuri beach. The hotel was very clean, my room was cozy, and a nice view outside the room and shower windows. I really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel and there is a variety of options to choose from. This was a pleasant stay and I plan to return in a future visit to Tokyo.
Upon check in they gave us a warm cloth which was amazing as we were travelling many hours before getting there was a nice refresh. The hotel looked amazing from the outside and inside, room was super clean very friendly staff from the front and they also helped us with our baggage and showed us our room. Shopping was super close and transport was a small walk away. Breakfast was amazing, Highly recommend.
Friendly staff, helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Easy walking distance to conference centre (makuhari messe). Also walking distance to train station and a bus directly outside that goes to both international airports. Walked to Aeon mall - big food hall / grocery store.
Very nice hotel, staff was extremely polite and attentive even for Japan. Room was spacious and very clean, and the location is great, right next to an outlet mall.
We chose to stay in Chiba and at The Manhattan as it had the bus limousine direct to Narita as we wanted to avoid going to the airport by train with our luggage.
Was definitely a nice choice to enjoy a relaxing last day before flying home.
Service by all the staff was superb!
While the property was amazing and luxury it’s the staff that made the experience. We were treated so well and the respect displayed was at the highest level. So happy we stayed at the Manhattan
Perfectly serene stay, close proximity to lots of dining options and shopping. Staff extremely helpful and eager to give a helping hand. Booked taxis for us for an early morning train ride. Great stay, extremely elegant hotel beautiful furnishings everywhere. Check in was a breeze.
All staff were very polite and helpful, ensuring every moment of my stay was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of items. There was a great choice of evening meal too, if dining in was required. An excellent hotel for business, located 5 minute walk away from the local railway station, bus station and exhibition centre. Highly recommended.

We loved the size of the room and actually having two bathrooms was helpful. The room was clean and the main bath and shower were AMAZING. The staff is friendly though we didn't find even one that spoke English. Of course, I'm not downgrading the hotel for that, it's not their responsibility but it would be helpful for many guests.
The location is also great as it's very close to the bus and train station and lots of restaurants and shopping.
The only improvement I'd like to see would be the breakfast buffet. It's pretty good and the French toast bar is awesome! But most great hotels have an egg station for fresh cooked eggs. That would be a great improvement.
Also, the TV's can use an update that has the availability of streaming apps like Netflix.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are not brand new, everything is immaculately clean and exudes a sense of classic luxury. The bathroom was spotless, clearly maintained with great care.
One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from the 17th floor—overlooking both the city and the sea, it was truly breathtaking. The breakfast was another delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste.
The only downside was the atmosphere during breakfast. A group of Chinese tourists were speaking loudly and leaving a mess behind, which unfortunately disrupted the otherwise pleasant dining experience.
Despite that, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Room was spotless. I didn’t even find the obligatory random long black hair that’s in every hotel room in the world. The staff was extremely nice. It was quiet so we slept well. The room doors have slow closing hinges that should be mandatory in every hotel (prevents the slamming of doors by guests and staff when they’re cleaning). Can’t stress how much that keeps the noise levels down.
Bathroom was amazing. Shower and sink's had great water temperature and pressure and even the side nozzles for a car wash affect. Note: we were in a suite.
The bus/train station is close by and plenty of options to eat.
The only down side is it’s on the outskirts of Tokyo so if you’re doing things in Tokyo you might have a 30 minute expensive taxi ride or an hour cheap train ride. But the hotel is great.
And the breakfast buffet is wonderful. They have a great French toast station which is amazing. Even the scrambled eggs in the bin were rich and creamy instead of the usual dry and rubbery. Loved it.
