Other Important Notes
1. This property is non-smoking. (This includes e-cigarettes.) Please refrain from smoking on the balcony or in the building entrance.

2. Parties and loud music are prohibited.

3. In accordance with our policies, unauthorized entry by anyone other than the registered guests is prohibited. Please note that for safety reasons, additional accommodation fees will be charged if unregistered individuals are found staying at the property.

4. Pets are not allowed inside the room.

5. If you wish to watch streaming services such as Netflix on the TV, please log in with your own account. Please log out before check-out.

6. We will send you a guest registration form upon booking. In accordance with national regulations, please complete the form for all guests. If you reside outside of Japan, you must submit a copy of your passport.

7. Please clean your room yourself during your stay. For guests staying long-term, we will contact you regarding cleaning.
Please consult with us regarding trash collection during your stay.

8. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee; please inquire.
*If a delayed checkout causes inconvenience regarding cleaning or for the next guest, we will charge a fee accordingly.

9. Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited. Please use the slippers provided at the entrance.

If any of the following behaviors are observed, we will charge a flat additional fee of
50,000 yen (excluding tax).

・ Wearing outdoor shoes inside the building
・Noise that disturbs the neighbors
・As this is an apartment building, disruptive behavior—such as noise that disturbs the surrounding area, parties, or shouting toward the outside—is strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
・Disposing of trash or cigarette butts outside your room, or smoking indoors.
・Leaving bulky items such as suitcases unattended
・Traces of vomit

You will be billed separately for any damage to furniture or facilities.
