「Room was okay. They attempted to update but could tell it was DIY. Good price and we’ll stay again, just manage expectations.」

「Overall the place was clean, and breakfast was really good. However, the staff is rude and their attitudes are not friendly at all. The tone that is presented needs to be carefully assessed and carefully considered.」

「1/5 Stars – Absolute Scam, Do NOT Stay Here Not as advertised in the slightest! I booked this La Quinta Inn thinking it would be a decent, family-friendly option, but it was a complete disaster from the moment we walked in. First of all, the place smells terrible. It’s like a cheap Indian mini-mart that’s been doused in men’s deodorant spray in an attempt to mask the underlying musky, stale odor. The smell hits hard in the hallways and lingers in the room no matter what. Room service was...

「The property was nice.」

「I apologize for not remembering the young lady’s name but upon my arrival, she was very helpful and welcoming. The gentleman that was there for the overnight shift was also friendly and helpful.」

「性价比很高的小旅店，机场附近，交通便利。早餐基本上是只有面包，牛奶，咖啡，8点半去什么也没有了。」

「I only stood one night and didn’t use any amenities or interact in much of the staff, but the room was very clean and it was updated and it looked really nice. The hotel was clean as well. Breakfast was served the next morning which was a plus.」

「Clean hotel with friendly staff! Very convenient location with lots of places to eat nearby.」

「My stay at the Hampton Inn in Munster was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The smell of marijuana in the hallway was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall guest experience. The hotel was also overpriced for its location and what it offered. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn locations in different towns for less money, making it difficult to justify the higher rate at this property. Honestly, for $250, I could have driven to Chicago and stayed somewhere that offered a...

「Rooms where spacious」

「Property seems fairly new, but you can already tell it is not being taken care if properly. In the room the window sill is dirty and has dead bugs, the corners and base board of the floor is dirty and isn’t being cleaned as it should. The elevatir doors need to cleaned, and the carpet in the hallways looks much older than the building itself. The toilet is in a little room by itself, which is tight and no ventilation, plus the toilet sits so low.」

「Didn’t have hot water for the first few hours of checking in but a Plummer came and fixed it and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay.」
