Thank you for the services the personal very! helpful. I like also the store restaurant nearby, although the room could've been cleaned with scented cleaning product to make it a homier experience. Lastly the water pressure wasn't that strong but the staff were very kind.

I had a room on the first floor and water started to leak from the lamp fixture in the bathroom. When I called the front desk they said they’ll check the room above but I never heard back from them. If you need a quick place to stay and don’t care about luxury then you’ll be fine .

The pool water was so cold that my young children could not stay in the water. I called Front desk and he refused to look at it. I asked for a supervisor and he said I could not speak to one. He said to call in the morning. We only stayed one night hoping my children could enjoy the pool and by morning we would have to check out. Front desk was very rude and not accommodating.

Very dirty, rooms are hardly cleaned, completely outrageous pricing for what it is. Pictures looks great but very different in person. Holes in doors. Bathroom doors don’t close all the way shut. Staff was very rude. Floors still had scrap on them and lobby floors were visibly dirty and sticky. I would have left if I wasn’t going to lose my deposit.

I only went to take my daughter to the pool but the carpet was nasty and smelled like cat pee in the 1st room. The 2nd room was better but the let out bed was nasty n had stains and the floors were sticky
