Northwestern Alumni, Parents, Corporate Travelers, and Evanston Adventure Seekers!! This property is all about coming together. Besides the fact the location is only half a mile from downtown Evanston, 1 mile to Lake Michigan Beach front, half a mile to the CTA/Metra, and a 15 minute train ride into the Windy City, this apartment has it all. Everything in this apartment is brand new, and ready to be broken in. Ridiculous amount of amenities, with smart home devices. Efficient and spacious 985 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Evanston Restaurants, cafes and shopping is no more than 0.5 miles. And if your in town to see your kiddo graduate from NU, you can ditch the car for a 10 minute walk. Both room are identical in size, but the master has a Queen, and the spare bedroom has a full size bed with sofa pull out. Also if you want to check out the melting pot of Chicago, take a train, and you'll be there in 15 minutes. High Speed Internet with Disney + and Netflix at your fingertips. Good location in Evanston

Very good location in Evanston and close to the train station and shops. Contact with the on-site team was very good, and they were responsive to my requests and helpful. The infrastructure is very pleasant. However, I regret that the 2 bedrooms had no windows, making them stuffy at night and difficult to ventilate. I also regret that the only windows in the apartment overlooked the garbage cans. What's more, there was a real lack of crockery in sufficient quantity (glasses, cups, cutlery, etc.) so as not to have to run the dishwasher every day.

Great place to stay

Mihyun (property manager) is wonderful to work with. The unit is very comfortable and is stocked with everything you need. The covered parking is a wonderful perk during Chicago winters. This was my second stay in this building and we will definitely be back.

Great Overall Value

Location couldn't be better. Just minutes from restaurants and shops, rail, and the campus. Yet quiet. All provisions provided for. Property manager communicative and responsive. Only downside is the lack of good view from the living room but communal spaces are available within the complex and if you're there to explore Evanston it won't matter.
