2. Room service, including cleaning at least once during a four-day stay, is essential.
3. The hallways shouldn’t have any unpleasant odors, like garbage.
4. It’s unreasonable to ask guests to return used towels just to receive new ones.
5. Charging extra for Wi-Fi is absurd; this is the only place I’ve encountered that does this for high-speed internet.
6. A curfew is in place, which means the front desk is unavailable after midnight, leaving no one to address guest inquiries.
7. Honestly, it’s hard to understand how this establishment is still in business.
8. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.
