Everything was minimum quality and quantity. For the price, maybe it is about it. If you want something more than minimum, you better go somewhere else. Other guests are making noise at 3AM - 4AM, probably international travelers with jet lag, and I could not sleep. Breakfast is minimum or less. Kitchen thing are minimum or less. Coffee maker does not work. But price was low. So....

This property looks best from the outside. Once you enter it smells like an old smokers hotel combined with BO. That smell continues into the guest rooms which are extremely dated and dingy. The blanket in the bed was so thin and scratchy, I wouldn't give that to my dog. Also not sure how this property can claim that they have free breakfast. They have a coffee stand with packaged muffins and breakfast bars. Nothing fresh, only processed junk. Hardly a breakfast. Unless you are desperate for a place to stay, I would skip this stink pit.

Was on a trip placed reservation knew was not gonna be good when I arrived forensic unit was at location. When I arrived at room there was a bad smell and no blanket to cover with at night did not even stay the night asked to change room and no other room available tried to stay but midway thru the night I could not take it so I checked out and left will recomend never to stay here save your money.

The little, Hispanic girl, I think she is the manager, is rude, snotty, and dismissive. Being in guest relations you would think that she would know how to treat people with respect.

I have never written a bad review about a hotel, until now. When I made the reservation, it was last minute after a long day of patients. I deduced to stay over as I had an early morning for the next two days and forgo the hour commute. This reservation was made a few hours before I showed up. When I arrived to the room, carpet was torn and filthy. The bed was made but when I pulled back the covers, there was hair and dirt on the sheets and something was splattered across the headboard. They offered to bring me new sheets so I can change the bed. I did phone Expedia who spoke with the hotel property and they were supposed to issue a full refund for the two days but they did not. They issued a refund of only $80. I called the manager again but it doesn’t appear that I will get my money back. It appears that people live in this hotel and it is not kept up very well. The odor in the hallway is overwhelming and the room was heavily stenched. Had I known then what I knew now, I would have spent the extra money on a nicer hotel. It was supposed to be just a couple of nights to have a place to lay my head after long days that began early. I cannot stress enough to stay away from unless you’re utterly desperate.

Worst Hotel Ever.
This was the WORST hotel I have ever had the mispleasure of staying at. We checked in and received a key card to a room that ALREADY HAD PEOPLE IN IT. We opened the room and I heard voices and saw personal belongings. I shut the door and went right up to the front. We got another room and it was horrible. The whole place smelled of cigarettes. The floor was sticky. There was ZERO toilet paper. I went to the front and asked for toilet paper and the guy handed me a half roll and said that was the only toilet paper onsite and proceeded to complain about the way inventory was handled at the hotel. Another family before us asked for a refund and the clerk tried to give them the toilet paper too but the left with their family instead. Sheets had holes in them. Furniture looked like it was from fire reclamation or goodwill. We live in the age of idiocracy and this proves it. If we didnt have a 2 am flight I would have left. It was too late to go somewhere else. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Apartment or hotel?
This place was inexpensive but didnt think anything of it. Well when i arrived there were a bunch of shady people (not an opinion) standing out front being super loud. Ok, no biggie. It reaked of smoke (non smoking hotel), and people lived there. Was the worst I've stayed at, but DEFINITELY not the best! Very outdated! Wont be back. Wont recommend.

My room was not clean and it was too noisy as there was a construction in front of the hotel (the construction started at 6am)… No toothbrush at the front. It was cheaper than other hotels but I would rather choose other hotels from next time by paying addition dollars.

Check in was easy but when I arrived in my room there was a stinky smell in rhe room and toilet paper I informed the front desk but they replied this is the only room available at this time. I tried to accommodate myself but the loud noises from the other rooms and smell was too much for me to handle as I was so tired and needed a much deserved rest. So after few hours of twisting and trying in my bed I decided to leave the hotel and ended up staying with my friends home.

The room was clean and customer service was good, but there was a stinch of marijuana coming thru the vent and hallways and we were under the impression the rooms are smoke free, as a result we will not be returning to Extended Stay.
