Northwestern Alumni, Parents, Corporate Travelers, and Evanston Adventure Seekers!! This property is all about coming together. Besides the fact the location is only half a mile from downtown Evanston, 1 mile to Lake Michigan Beach front, half a mile to the CTA/Metra, and a 15 minute train ride into the Windy City, this apartment has it all. Everything in this apartment is brand new, and ready to be broken in. Ridiculous amount of amenities, with smart home devices. Efficient and spacious 985 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Evanston Restaurants, cafes and shopping is no more than 0.5 miles. And if your in town to see your kiddo graduate from NU, you can ditch the car for a 10 minute walk. Both room are identical in size, but the master has a Queen, and the spare bedroom has a full size bed with sofa pull out. Also if you want to check out the melting pot of Chicago, take a train, and you'll be there in 15 minutes. High Speed Internet with Disney + and Netflix at your fingertips. Better than a hotel
My daughter and I spent 3 nights at this condo. It was very nice, quiet and clean! Plenty of room and well stocked in a generous way. I prefer windows in the bedroom but there was a wall of windows in the living room. Property manager very responsive!

Heart of Evanston stay
An exceptional VRBO experience. Property was exactly as described in listing. Conveniently located so that we could walk easily to restaurants, ice cream, Whole Foods, Target, and L&Metra stops. The parking garage was secure with simple access that was 5 minute drive from where we needed to be on Northwestern campus or the beautiful shoreline park and beach. The unit was stocked with every possible detail for a comfortable family homestay (hand lotion, extra electronics plugs, soy sauce, non-dairy creamer, dryer sheets, beach towels, hand sanitizer, ziplocks, tips, kettle/blender). In the late evenings, our teens enjoyed wall-sized scrabble and pool in the game room, and a TV that carried Wimbledon and Stranger Things. Management was exceptionally responsive when a fuse blew out, answering emails within minutes, then fixing the situation within hours. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Evanston.

Peaceful Property with Parking
Stayed for a week at this condo. Very happy to have a heated garage parking space. Michelle was very informative and quick to reply to a question I had. Loved having the washer and dryer. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. Loved being within eating distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Evanston. Will gladly stay here again. Condo was a great value for all of the amenities.

Nice place to stay in Evanston
Nice clean place. We liked having an indoor garage and charging station for our Tesla. Worked great! Common outdoor space is nice too.Would be more comfortable with a mattress pad covering the plastic mattress protector and more cups and glasses as well as a little repair to make the dishwasher easier to use.
FYI: No AT & T cell phone connection inside
