After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

Called at 5am . Coffee pod tray was missing. Front desk person was rude . Said I had to come down -at 5 am??- to identify the part. Said there were different kinds of machines. Said he would NOT send a new coffee maker. When I said I could not come down at that early hour he said “ sure you can”!! Very RUDE. At that point I had to hang up. The previous night I say a front desk guy scolding an old lady for “ having an attitude “.!! What is this -Hampton Inn or a place where people go to be insulted!!

We were very pleased with our 2 night stay. The whole place is updated and clean. Check in was simple and quick. I had requested my room be near my sister's room (booked separately) and they gave us adjoining rooms, which was great. The pool is a good size and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. There were no towels in the pool area, but after my husband let them know they came right in with a bunch. Breakfast was pretty standard, but they did offer some different items on the 2nd morning. One thing that stood out for me was that they actually had several hooks in the bathroom and more in the room! This is something I constantly complain about, so it was nice to see. We often stay at Hampton Inns for overnight stays, but this was probably the nicest we've experienced!
